Yesterday I went to the Casa Grande location of Raising Canes for my wife and I to share a Caniac combo as it’s her cheap day for her diet. The service was great and the location was very clean as it usually is. Unfortunately today I am making a complaint due to the portion size of a $17+ dollar meal. Pictured in the review is my order minus the bread as my wife ate that on the drive home without paying attention to how little food was in the box. We live about 20 minutes away from this location so it didn’t seem worth it to make a 40 minute round trip to get this corrected. I’m sure they’ll make this right because the service of this location 9/10 is great but it’s unfortunate that not make care was put into the $17 meal here. Eating out is definitely expensive but this is unexceptionable.

Great food! Their chicken fingers are always high quality white meat with a tasty light and fluffy batter covering. The service was quick and courteous. The sauce is awesome. The manager gave us focused attention to ensure we were happy. Always and enjoyable meal.

My grandson was visiting from out of state and wanted to try it out. He loved the food! The box meal is his favorite. You get a lot of food for your money. We ate here 3 times over the weekend and it never disappointed us. The place was a little busy but we didn’t have to wait to get our food.

Got there exactly at 9am on Friday. Got 3 box dinners of 4 piece chicken, coleslaw, French fries & toast. Service is always good and they always smile. Food is hot & delicious. Made fresh when you order. Juicy & tender chicken. Not the cheapest place but it is always really good.

We’ve been reluctant to try Canes Chicken thinking it’s just another chicken finger restaurant. However we were quite surprised with the quality, flavor and moistness of the chicken tenders. It was really quite tasty. The servers were friendly and the service was spot on. The restaurant itself was clean, open and we felt comfortable there. We will go back.

Store clearly states that they open at 9 AM. I came to the drive-through at 9:40 sat in the drive-through till 9:50 No one said anything I called the store and they said they were opening up till 10 because they had a holiday party. Sounds like they need to get back to work. Do a holiday party on your own time not the customers time
