Tonight I had such a great experience at Popeyes! There were only two team members working — Linda and Cedric — and despite being short-staffed, they delivered some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time.
Linda went above and beyond to make sure my food was fresh and hot, all while keeping a genuine smile and an amazing sense of humor. She was so pleasantly refreshing and truly a joy to encounter. You can tell she takes pride in her work.
Cedric worked seamlessly alongside her, moving quickly and efficiently to keep the dining room flowing. The teamwork between the two of them was impressive and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
Great service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Linda and Cedric, for turning a simple dinner run into such a positive experience!

The service was 100% good, not that I did not like the chicken a little fatty and the rice and beans is usually the rice and beans but there was more bean pasta with the mix of rice and beans, the ideal is the rice and beans without the bean pasta.

Drive thru menu not working. Taking orders at the front window which took a very long time. Guy at the window was great with the customer service. I placed a mobile order and they didn’t have it ready. Fries were pretty soggy and tenders were cut much smaller than I’m used to.

This is the best Popeyes in the peninsula thanks to the wonderful staff. The young lady who worked by herself one weekend is fantastic and my 16 piece family meal is always fresh. Much love to the Staff they deserve recognition………Dec 30 6:30pm normally there customer service is on point, but the last two times I came it seems the mood has changed and the two cashiers aren’t taking enough pride in their customer service. This team is not the same group of people who I gave compliments months ago they could do better. The young lady who gave me my order was coughing but didn’t wash her hands, that’s cross contamination and can get people sick . I’m disappointed in the service and they could do so much better.

This is by far the most disgusting Popeyes I have ever visited. While traveling, my family and I stopped here at 11:03am to order food and use the restroom. Upon entry we were greeted by the manager. I ordered our food and went to use their restroom. Upon entering the restroom, there was toilet all over the floor and feces all over the toilet that looked as if it had been there for months. I immediately exited the and went to the manager to ask that my order be cancelled. He asked me what the problem was and I explained to him that the uncleanliness of the restroom made me not want to feed I nor my family here. He told me “I’m not giving you a refund for that,” handed me the food and told me to have a nice day. I don’t know who inspects this establishment, but THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

This is the most incompetent popeyes in the state of Virginia. I have never had a good experience with this location. I would rather drive 30 minutes to the Richmond Rd location in Williamsburg than to go here, but I just had to set myself up for disappointment once again. The food was old and cold, i didn’t get everything I ordered, and they tried to hand me my order without my drink. When I asked about the drink the manager knew exactly what it was and went to make it. I left the parking lot and realized i only had one order of fries and there should have been two, No biscuits and two sides missing. I didn’t even waste my time turning around to go back. The staff, including the manager, were too busy talking to read the order correctly and respond to my gratitude. I highly suggest everyone to pick a different location, this one has been problematic for 10+ years of me going there.

The wait at this location is terrible. Even if you order ahead you’ll still wait nearly half hour for food. This will be my last visit this location as the quality and service are at all time low. Could be a gold mine as it’s a great location but dry chicken, cold sides and poor service don’t work with the prices they charge. Bojangles is a better option in this area.

This is the SECOND time that my bf and I have made a mobile order and it being completely wrong! We ordered two sandwiches, one fry, and one drink. We only received ONE of the TWO sandwiches. We wait FOREVER for “fast food” just for it to be wrong & mediocre food. Wanted to give this place a second chance, but will never return after this failed second attempt! Thanks, but no thanks.

If I could give them no stars I would!! Im livid my elder aunt and my mother who has CANCER came to this location and the staff was HORRIBLE. They ordered a few combos and they gave them the wrong food. When they went back to get what they ordered the staff was horrible. Literally threw the food in the bag. Even gave my mom old and cold maybe uncooked fish. My mother keeps saying they were very immature, almost like an Adult’s should have been there. WoW DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!
