Order pizza for pick up for my lunch. Was told it’ll be ready at 1:27. Get to the store and was told it’ll be an additional 8 mins. They just made it and out in when I got here. Order finally ready at 1:46. Was told they were the only one working. There was 2 people in the store working. Not pleased with the service. Do better.

Donato’s has been one of my faves for over 50 years. This location has her 15+ years. Now that I live in Nashville the Red Robin offerings are just not the same. So when I visit Carmel to hit road with a 10″ works with no mushrooms and extra cheese, that’s what I expect. However, I did not get any extra cheese. But what made it worse was the fact that the pizza was hardly cut into squares. I was way onto the highway to go back. So here I am ripping corners of pizza as I drive. Do better.

This is the last BBQ Chicken pizza I will order from this location. This used to be our favorite pizza, but the last one ordered and the one I just picked up has no BBQ sauce on it. Dry pizza. If there is sauce, it is so little that you cannot taste it or even see it. For a chain to charge this price, there should be quality control and consistency.

Good Pizza for a fair price. Enjoyed a large 14″ thin crust cheese and bacon. The crust was a little over cooked, but the pizza was good. Ordered the side Salad and it was okay. They were very slow to make the salad. Not sure why. Almost think that they may have ran out of lettuce. No reason was given.

Where is 0 stars when you need it? Four people working. Multiple items (10) waiting on counter. Four customers in front of me, two behind me. In 5 minutes, no one has even been acknowledged. At least come out and say, “Sorry for the hold up, we’re working on it. It’ll be another __ minutes or so.” But instead they avoid eye contact and continue making pizzas that just sit there.

Terrible service. Waited in the drive thru for 30 min when told it would only be 5 min for our pizza to be ready. Come to find out our pizza was never put in the oven.
