Never been a big fan of bbq, for me the meat is always dry and is loaded in sauce. I think the beauty of culinary arts is cooking. If you have to smother the food in a sauce or deep fry it to taste good, then why bother? I much rather eat something I cook myself. But when the owner told me that he was inspired by a dream sent from God, to be honest I was a bit skeptical. But after trying how moist the chicken was and how creamy the potato salad tasted, I sincerely believe he was telling the truth. Even the pork isn’t dry, it’s so flavoral and tender. The seasoning is subprime and the meat is very juicy. The price ain’t half bad either. I see the vision in southern bbq meals after coming here. Definitely will be coming back again soon!

So good!! Both me and a friend stopped for mid-work lunch break to try this place for the first time. We had been craving BBQ and this definitely hit the spot! The pulled pork was smoky and the bread it was on absorbed the sauce nicely. Mac and Cheese was very rich and flavorful, even good heated up later! I got the vinegar-based sauce, pretty good but will try out the other ones next time. My friend got the banana pudding. We wish it had chunks of cookie but other than that it was delicious. Thank you guys!!

Roller Mills has an excellent food truck. I had their ribs and ½ chicken and had to take half of it home. Service is friendly and efficient. The sauces are homemade as are the desserts. The only drawback is you eat outside on a tav

Came up from Charleston.
Saw the good reviews so tried out for myself.
Excellent food, service, & presentation.
The Apple’s in the baked beans were unique and tasty.

Tip: If you eat at the picnic table, put an open empty BBQ sauce cup at one end while you eat at the other end of the table so the flies don’t bother you as much.

Very good. I could eat a bucket of the creamed corn. Ribs and bbq pork were top notch and adding apples to the baked beans is a great idea.

Absolutely incredible. Based on recommendations, I ordered a half-rack of ribs, mac and cheese, and potato salad; that comes with cornbread and two sauces. For my sauces, I got the OG (tomato-base) and Natty Gold (mustard-base).

The ribs themselves were tender and heavily seasoned (very paprika forward). They were great on their own, but the OG sauce was just insane; sweet and fruity but still balanced, it complemented the ribs well, but I could have just drank it. The Natty Gold was good; it was probably the least impressive thing I got, but that is more a testament to the rest of the meal than a shot at the sauce.

As for sides, the mac was really well done, just the right amount of cheesiness and creaminess. The pimento aspect deviates from the classical mac, but in a good way. The potato salad was very classic; nothing “special” about it, but it was executed well. The star was the cornbread, which was definetly the best I’ve had; it’s quite sweet and probably isn’t everyone’s favorite style, but that is the way I like it and they really found a way to perfect that style.

Overall, every item ranged from good to amazing, and on top of that, I waited less than 5 minutes for my food. A very easy 5 stars and in the conversation for the best all-around BBQ place I’ve been to. My only regret is not ordering the banana pudding, which I may just go back tomorrow to try…

Generous servings. Can’t wait to dig in to side dishes and ribs tomorrow. Good variety of sauces too.

Pulled up for a quick lunch because of the 4.9 in reviews, believe me JUST GO. The pulled pork and corn casserole were delicious. We also got the half chicken and sweet potato crunch which was also fantastic. Super quick too! Definitely will be back.
