I just want to start by saying that this establishment is CLEAN. Organized and beautifully decorated. The display of their offerings are quite inviting. Service was an experience; the girl at the counter had a very nice smile, and explained clearly the difference between what I said I wanted and what the item I was pointing at was. She helped me get exactly what I was looking for. My 2 shots of espresso was a little disappointing, but everything else was great. The ambience is good.

This particular H&G location served old cakes the day we visited. We got a piece of the mango chocolate cake and the top was rubbery, to the point we couldn’t cut through with the fork. We raised the issue with the manager and she said that’s the way the cake was and refused to change it for another one. Well, I won’t be going to this location anymore.

Hansel & Gretel is one of my favorite cafés to visit. The coffee and other drinks are always delicious, and the spacious atmosphere makes it a perfect place for gatherings with friends or for spending some quiet time alone reading a book. The freshly baked bread and coffee never fail to lift my mood and make my visit enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Hansel & Gretel and all the other bakery’s like it have become very popular in the area as I think you’ve seen. However, Hansel & Gretel is one of my favorites due to its affordability. Here I only spent $40 while at a bakery near the pc and ramen bar it was up to $60. I personally found it hard to keep my eyes off of all the treats, especially the refrigerated cakes.
I did enjoy the atmosphere because it was very simple and in my opinion, asain-inspired. It was like if Starbucks became a bakery and didn’t sell coffee.
The service (super friendly) was nice and simple, including the helpful employees. I had one guy that looked like he was from BTS ask if I needed anything while I looked at the cakes.
I recommend checking out many of their locations if you want to have a fancy, yet affordable bakery style experience. Besides deserts they also sell sandwitches.

What a find!! I was seeking a place to meet a client in the am for coffee and was blown away by this place! The atmosphere and comfortable seating made it a pleasure to be there, the staff, the espresso and latte was amazing. Their pastries, breads, and so many other beautiful and delicious items were over the top! (Zoom in on the specialty case photos) My client and I decided it would be a regular place for our meetings and bakery needs!! I recommend Hansel & Gretel Bakery Cafe 110%!!

The atmosphere of the bakery is very open and spacious with plenty of seating areas to accommodate all party sizes. There was also a lot of choices for breads and cakes so most people can find something they would like. The drinks were great tasting too. The fruit tea I got was nice and refreshing and not too sweet. The cream bread was also amazing being nice and soft and the cream being plentiful. The owners were very kind to me and since the store just opened up, I went with some family and they were very kind to all of them. I hope to come back more often and try some more delicious bread!
