Walked in and ordered. The cashier said it would be 15-20 minutes. I just waited in the car. About 10 minutes later she walked out and gave me my pizza.

Imagine sitting somewhere and waiting over an hour for pick up, just to see people pulling in and grabbing their orders who showed up after you. Watching the crew open and close the same door to the pizza warmer over and over again, it’s giving…”look busy so I don’t have to do anything” and watching the manager run her behind off in and out of the store dropping off orders to people the drive through parked. This isn’t the first time this happens, this is probably the 17th. This place needs to clean house, and I’m never one to complain.

Employees are incompetent. I called ahead of time to have my order ready by four. I get there at four and they don’t have my order. I don’t know what they did with my name my number and my order. They must’ve shoved it up their bum, because it was not ready. The window guy remembered my order too. His voice sounded like the employee I talked to on the phone. He has extremely long lashes. They wasted 40 minutes of my time after messing up the order a second time. I’m usually pretty calm, but I was very livid. I pre-ordered ahead of time because I had an event to be at with the pizzas. I asked for a manager, who didn’t come to the window, but gave a $1 discount on the pizza they had to ring separately. What an insult. They also wouldn’t provide at min. sauces for the pizzas, after wasting 40 min!

Ordered my pizzas at 435pm. I got my notification saying order was ready at 458pm. Drove 15 minutes to pick up and they gave my order to someone else. Was told it would 8 more minutes. I said that’s fine. Sat out in the parking lot for 20 more minutes, went back in, and they said oh, they just remade everything fresh for you. Total wait time a whole hour

The people that work here don’t know what they are doing. They can’t even complete orders right and apparently can’t “hear” I told the cashier 3 different times my order and she still couldn’t get it right. Horrible, horrendous, terrible customer service.

I thought things would run much faster and better with the new location but it seems to be just the opposite. Friday night and I’m having to wait 20 min on a hot and ready. What’s going on! And all the one star reviews do you need more ovens??

We ordered two pizzas and some pizza bites, and were told it would be 35 minutes. Over an hour later, we were told it would be another five minutes. Either the internet estimates need to be adjusted, or the employees need to be trained how to handle a busy night.

Talk about let downs. I ordered 2 pizzas by phone as I always do, gave my name and number as usual. Then when I went to pickup my pizza they had no record of the order. To make matters worse, they accused me of ordering from another pizza place and so I showed them my call log.

Then they became rude and said well the order isn’t here and that they don’t know how I expect them to fix it. I said how about making the order. Then they said well theres 10 people ahead of you and it will take a few hours. I couldn’t believe how terrible the experience was. I’ll never eat there again. Little Cesar’s, new building, same old crappy service. Thanks
