I always enjoy any IHOP location I go to.
This one here was on Cortez and I stopped by after my shift from work!
I knew exactly what I wanted and got exactly that! And I’m super glad i was able to receive such an amazing vibe from Teresa! She was so quick, polite, and a sweet joker

This was the second time we’ve had Kelly as a server, and unfortunately both experiences were negative due to her attitude. On this visit, we asked to speak with a manager for an issue unrelated to her service. In response, she became visibly irritated and raised her voice in the back of the restaurant, loudly complaining about us—clearly audible from our table.
She repeatedly told us the manager was busy or cooking. We calmly said that was perfectly fine and that we were happy to wait; we were not rushing or rude in any way. Less than three minutes later, the manager came out. He was very kind and apologetic, addressed the issue, and mentioned that she “gets that way sometimes.” We thanked him, and I want to note that the food itself was very good.
When it came time to pay, we assumed payment was made at the front, as we’ve done at other IHOP locations and even here previously. When I stood up, Kelly spoke to me loudly and rudely, stating, “It’s on your receipt—it says pay your server,” then stood there with her hand out, rolling her eyes and huffing, adding, “I’ll stand right here in front of you so you can see it.” This was completely unnecessary, as I immediately realized my mistake.
I’m from out of town and was dining with a close friend and her child. Instead of enjoying our meal, we were both made uncomfortable by repeated rude and unprofessional behavior. Courtesy and basic respect go a long way, and unfortunately that was lacking during our visit.

Teresa was our waitress and was absolutely wonderful!!! She was the only one working the dining room as we went in late evening and she had the restaurant looking clean and festive. The food was great and fresh! She also made us a fresh pot of coffee and kept checking on us throughout our meal to ensure we had all we needed. She has a great personality and we would go back just to have her as our waitress again. And we LOVE IHOP pancakes!

Cameron was an amazing server. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the entire time. Our food came out hot and correct, and he kept our drinks full without us having to ask. Excellent service all around thank you, Cameron! Great energy, great service, and super attentive. Made our meal way better. Will definitely be back.

Was greeted immediately upon arrival and seated by a very hospitable young man who actually was the only employee we ever saw. He handled the entire restaurant by himself. He greeted, seated, waited, served…all with a very pleasant smile! When it came time to check out…yep…sure enough…the same smiling young man came from the kitchen and checked us out!! I failed to get his name…however he was the only worker on the floor…so I feel management could atleast let him know what a great asset he is to IHOP!! I had steak bites grilled with mushrooms and onions. Fries & Broccoli. My brother had Country Fried Steak w/mashed potatoes and a nice big very fresh side salad. My brother asked for “fresh” coffee and this nice gentleman brewed a new pot just for him!! And served it in a nice heated mug!! We were quite impressed with how this nice guy just went with the flow … handled all positions with great finesse.

Ms. Kim took excellent care of me this morning. Service was unbelievably quick, and she really helped put a smile on my face! I highly recommend requesting Ms. Kim as your server when coming to eat here. ♥️

Amanda was amazing!!! She was definitely going above and beyond to just make sure we were well taken care of!! I hope she gets the recognition she definitely deserves! The food was ok but if I wasn’t for Amanda we definitely would have left. Seems like this location needs more staffing. 5 star is for Amanda!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

However , the manager charged to substitute fresh fruit for hash browns , and then charged us an extra $4 for the hash browns later . Also. Much more expensive at this location than at New Port Richey. Probably NOT coming back to this location. $ 4 for cofee ??? Extra $1.79 to add a sprinkle of cheese on some scrambled ?
We paid to upcharge our inlimited pancakes to specialty … but he wanted to charge us extra $ 2 per additional Plate ? That isn’t unlimited pancakes .
Excellent on the food and service.
