Two ladies took my order, the one was very nice and quick. The other was rude to my son and just had a nasty attitude the whole time.

Hailey did a wonderful job making my Sub! . When she able to finally get to me. Poor woman was left in the store alone! She was pretty busy.
There’s gnats on/by the drink fountain. I got swarmed when i attempted to get some root beer(which in my opinion didnt taste like Barqs)
Its a shame that i won’t be back here cuz i really like Subway

I don’t know what the logic is behind not allowing *any*substitutions on the footlong nachos? I didn’t want tomatoes. I’m allergic to onions. Not a fan of jalapeños, but i love black olives.
I was able to pay extra to add avocado, but NOT pay extra for the olives that were replacing the ingredients i opted out of?
It was the most flagrantly hostile service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant- being told that my money isn’t good enough to buy the ingredient that’s sitting right in front of my face, that would make my dinner actually enjoyable?

I then went next door to little Ceasars, paid them $2 for a side of black olives, and gave them a $3 tip for treating me like a valued customer.
Also worth noting, the nachos had hardly any steak on it, so… rip-off start to finish.

Did an online order and put extra mayo on my titan turkey sub, I go pick up the order and there is a worker sitting there with all her friends in the lobby making all kinds of noise, I get home with my order and there is no mayo on my sub at all. Very disappointed with this, I definitely won’t be going back to this subway
