I don’t have a drinking problem but if I did this bar would be the most aesthetically pleasing place to lose myself to the bottle. When I think of the ideal bar in my mind uncle Harry’s meets a lot of the criteria, would recommend over a lot of the other bars in the area.

This was the first time I visited this bar and I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it is a relatively newer business, I expected more of an old-time environment and selection of beers. They have a great selection of micro-brewery beers, as well as some popular commercial beers on tap. The bar stools are cushioned and have back rests. There are cozy booths along the wall opposite the bar. The place was very clean. Apparently it is also a popular place for the local darts aficionados.

Our bartender was the most knowledgeable I’ve met in my recent journeys. The place is passionate about beer! The decor reminds me of classic bars that I’d imagine in movies. So thankful that I got to visit and see people dancing with their jukebox selections as I got to enjoy a TRUE Belgian Quad.

Great high end beer selection (yes they have the macro classics as well!) plus great bartenders that know their stuff and a good atmosphere, all settled in downtown Cedar Falls. One of my favorite places to grab an after-work beer.

Harry’s is your destination if you want a fantastic selection of beers unlike anything else you’ll find in the area.
They only have a dozen or so on tap at any given time, but the variety of styles is eclectic to say the least. Whatever type of beer you like, you’re likely to find something good here, and maybe something you wouldn’t have expected. The selection changes all the time too, so there’s always something new to try.

Used to be one of my favorite places to go but lately the bartenders have all been very rude to my friends and me. The atmosphere has change immensely the regulars run the place and if your not a regular good luck getting a drink when it’s busy. Bartenders don’t know how to defuse situations or handle stressful/busy situations. I am very disappointed with the service lately. One of the bartenders was trying to talk bad about the people I was with to me. Just absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in awhile. I would like to see things change but wow I’ve never been to a bar where bartenders don’t want to make their customers happy. I am shocked and they should be ashamed of how they treat people. Left that bar almost in tears with how rude the bartender was even after I tried talking out and trying to understand why he was being so mean.

A really great bar. A wide selection of flavors that for the most part I have never heard of, which is part of the fun. Just go in and tell the bartender the type of beer that you enjoy and they will find you something that is appropriate to that taste. It can get crowded on weekends with the college crowd but otherwise a fun place to try new beers.
