I can see why there are so many 1 stars. I came with my kid to get a quick bite for them. I came inside and placed my order at a kiosk. It tells you to ad a number on the table tent that’s available. I did so. On it says they bring your food when ready. I waited 10 mins for a kids meal. I went up to ask and it literally was sitting there on the counter. Im okay with getting it when it’s done but no one called it out. Not to sure if it was the gm or just a manager but she literally was just standing there talking to someone they might of knew. Im not one really to complain because I have worked in the fst food establishments and so I know how it goes. They weren’t even busy for being.the unch hour hmm wonder why.

The manager at McDonald’s , is amazing. They gave us our order & is a great person. I didn’t get his name but The manager on duty at 5:46 pm is God sent! Bless him , he is a wonderful person.

Very poor service, two cars in drive through and still had to wait 15 minutes the food. The wait wouldn’t of been a big deal. But after getting all the way home in rio rancho it was discovered they didnt give any sauce for our nuggets were also missing a double cheese burger and medium fry. The mcchickens we received were dry and probably over 4 hours old, thin dry decrepit mcchickens. Workers looked like they were on some kind of hard drugs. Stay away from this McDonalds. The topper was my old soggy frys tasted like an ashtray from someone not washing their hands after smoking.

There was no cashier to order with so we had to place our order at the digital kiosk. Service was extremely slow & employees only pop out of the back to call out an order number & drop it off on the counter. We ordered two drinks but couldn’t fill them up because we had no cups given to use with our food order. We had to wait until an employee popped out at the counter to get their attention to get us cups. There were several people hanging out just waiting and waiting for their orders. Of course when we opened up our meal packages, the food was sloppily put together and sub par.

The worst experience at a McDonalds we have haf in a long time. We ordered through the app and picked up through the drive through. We sat at the 2nd window listening to that employee cuss at the soda machine and complain about having to put lids on large drinks. We saw an employee at a second window trying to hand what looked to be our order to someone else. After sitting at the 1st window without that person saying anything to us, we drove up to the second window. Our order was completely wrong, missing sauces for the nuggets, half of our drinks, socks in one of the grinch boxes, and got scolded for not getting our drinks at the first window when we literally were not told what was going on and not even acknowledged while we sat there for 10 minutes (including by the manger who came to window, looked at us, but didnt say anything). The food was disgusting, cold, and tasted like it had been sitting there all day. The drinks were disgusting. We were handed one that tasted like a mix of all the drinks. I would recommend staying clear of this one.
