Recommend!!! The BEST Mexican kitchen in CT! Always fresh, Tasty and makes you want to come back again & again! Love every thing from the menu: Fajitas are SO delicious , the marinade they use for the steak is very good ; bowls are always fresh and grilled shrimps are amazing ; salads and samples are worth to try And of course appetizers- chips and salsa mmmm yummy Thank you everyone in the team for your great work ❤️

4+ workers standing around talking. With only a few guests to wait on in the entire restaurant. We spent more time here waiting for our waitress to come over to put in our dessert order and then to also bring the check. Bringing out the one dessert took just as long and i can only imagine it wasbecause the waitress was too busy running her mouth than doing her job. To be respectful, I decided not to upload the photo of your workers standing around talking to each other instead of doing their jobs.

This was kind of a late night stop, after a day of shopping for boats. We sat at the bar, just looking for a quick bite. The bartender was very friendly and helped us get our orders in before the kitchen closed. Everybody was nice and fresh, very flavorful. Even though we were there at closing time we were not rushed and received great service.

Not the best! Chicken taco soup was extremely salty and cold. Asked to have it reheated and it came back a little bit warmer, but it was not hot! Soup needs to be hot.
The meal was cold as well. Refried beans were ice, cold, and wile the tacos tasted very good they also were cold.
Everything that I tried to order for a drink they were out of. They didn’t even have ginger ale. It much in the way of top shelf, namebrand liquors.
There were only three tables in the restaurant when I walked in at 8:30. So there’s really no reason for the food to be served anything but piping hot.
The table server was very kind and accommodating.
I used to come to this restaurant every Friday night, but haven’t been here in about seven years. Unfortunately, it just is not the same.

I really enjoyed the chicken soup I got! I will say that my mother got the salad and it did not have the avocado on top which was sad. My brother and dad got the quesadillas and they said it was okay. I liked the chips in the beginning, and the margarita flight and sangria was great-I enjoyed!

Probably the best thing I’ve ever had at an on the border. Unfortunately, it’s really expensive. It’s the new something ultimate fajita feast. It was about $35 and came with pork, chicken, steak and shrimp. I want impressed with the pork so next time I might just do the pick 2 or pick 3 fajita option to save some money.

Service was abysmal. Stopped in here for a quick bite on my drive to Marblehead for a weekend getaway. We were seated and I quickly went to the bathroom, came back to table and watched as table behind us that was seated 5 minutes after us get served drinks and had order taken. Sat and waited, no one came to us. Got up asked host if anyone was going to serve us? Should have walked out but waited 3 more minutes and a waiter came took our order while table behind us was getting apps. Other tables were seated other wait staff working there tables. Were quickly serving them (Let me tell you it sounds busy but it wasn’t there were more kids that worked there walking around aimlessly) Timed the waiter and 7 minutes till our drinks (2 ice teas) arrived. Looking around to see our waiter in the kitchen area pressing tortillas, and yapping with a line guy who we saw also waited on tables. No one came and checked on us. Once. Finally 40 minutes since arriving, being seated, getting drinks and having order taken food arrives. Steak asada is more grilled vegetables than steak and rice, and overloaded with salt. Wives burrito is huge and only took a few bites to fill her. Sat waiting for someone to clear our plates. No eye contact from any employees to get attention to ask for our waiter. Waiter finally shows up asks if we want a box and we said no just the check. Someone finally Clears our plates and the waiter quickly comes back and drops the check and disappears to the kitchen again. Put cash in the check holder and wait for 10 minutes til finally when I said to a passing waitress, could she please cash us out. She asks who our waiter was and says she will get the check to him. 7 minutes later he arrives with my change. No management to be seen. Never once checked on by waiter or any waitstaff. Abysmal. This is our last time every going to any On the Border establishment. If you think you would like a bite to eat here, save yourself and don’t go here.

I ordered the sampler for lunch to be delivered to my job just 1-2 miles down the road for a coworkerand I to share.
The food was delivered in 15 minutes which I expected the food would be fresh since just opened.
The food was old, dry and
appeared microwaved and the chicken meat in the soup was awful, overly salty was all the food.
I will never eat from this restaurant again!
The food was so salty, dry, unappealing to the eye and pallet and made us sick (we tried to eat the dehydrated casedias), but the food was trash can quality.
We spent $29 bucks including a $5 tip.
You should be able to see how old, overcooked and dried out the food is.
It was bad!
