SUPER DISAPPOINTING ! TOTAL RIP OFF ! We ordered to go spent almost 60$ on 2 sandwiches, some tenders, & 2 sides – they charged us extra for the sauces & biscuits but we didn’t get either of them & to add insult to injury I ordered a large Mac & cheese y’all I’m not even kidding it was half empty just because you put a small portion in a large container doesn’t make it a large. They did us super dirty I’ll never order from this location again the food is more expensive then it’s ever been for way less & y’all have the nerve to skimp & leave majority of the order off & basically play in my face I mean seriously what is that Mac & cheese ? A large isn’t a large if it’s missing half they charged over a dollar per biscuit & for the individual sauces that pitiful serving of Mac & cheese was over 9$. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR EAT AT HOME ITS TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.
I could’ve made my own food for that price I mean seriously y’all charged me over 9$ for 3 spoonfuls of Mac & cheese no sauces, no biscuits, the chicken was cold & dry, the “large” sides are clearly just smalls shoved in large containers. I’ve received bad customer service before but I’ve never actually felt taken advantage of until now. Our order was even correct on the receipt stapled to the bag so it’s not as if they had no reference no they just decided we weren’t getting the food we already paid for. I’ve worked fast food & there’s no way it’s that bad without effort to think it’s ok for someone to pay 9$ for half empty containers (literally 3 spoonfuls ) , over 1$ a biscuit (& you don’t even get them with the meal that’s now way more expensive yet somehow only comes with tenders no biscuit & no sauce )…..Y’all they even charged us for the individual sauces lol we paid over 50$ for some chicken & can’t even get some sauces thrown in ‍♀️ ‍♀️ There was literally nothing we got that felt even somewhat justified for the price everything was wrong, missing all together, or so skimpy like everything you pull out of the bag just makes you angrier type stuff. Go literally anywhere else – you could go to a much much nicer place for that price or buy your own chicken & sides to make.

In response to the owners comment : everything could’ve used improvement & I’m SOOOOOO glad to know I paid 60$ for food I didn’t receive but hey “it’ll help the next customer” how tone deaf lol judging by the reviews I doubt that but you are right it won’t happen to me again I don’t go back to places that blatantly rip me off.

Came to order food for my two sons who will only eat chicken legs. I tried to place 2 orders a 3 piece meal and and 2 piece meal all chicken legs was told they could not give me a total of 5 legs. Only 2 legs per order. This is horrible service. Well I drove down to the other location at 4547 S. Semoran blvd and guess what. They asked me if I could wait 15 minutes for the 5 freshly cooked chicken legs, and I said yes. I was happy to give them my $25.01 which is what my meal cost. They will now have all my business.

The staff were completely indifferent and painfully slow. Ordering and waiting for the food took an absurd amount of time, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence and poor service.

By far the worst popeyes service I have experienced. I was a drive thru customer. I got parked to the side. After 20 minutes of waiting in my truck I decided to get out and walk into the restaurant. I asked the cashier by the register how much longer on my order and she doesnt say a word and takes my receipt to show it to the manager and the manager says “we still waiting on that”. My order was the 2 can dine and I requested spicy tenders, fries, and red beans and rice, apple pie and a strawberry pie. I can hear them calling out multiple times an order for the rice n beans. After 30 minutes I am getting my order and the crew member tells me they are out of the strawberry pie. So for 30 minutes no one could have dropped some to be made??? On top of that I get home and I am missing the beans and rice. The 1 item that made me wait an extensive amount of time and I dont even have it. Also I got mild tenders which were COLD. I am not even a person who does reviews even when I had terrible service but this post was needed. That team/crew needs to get it together.

We went through the drivethru. It took alittle longer than typical but it was fine. We got our food but they forgot a fork and sauce. It happens, no big deal. We parked and I went in. At the register there was an employee who I assume was a manager. She didn’t acknowledge me at all, and then started yelling at another employee. She was very rude to the employee. Then there was another employee who was working the drive thru who had a customer who had an issue with an order or something. This employee/manager then started to talk very rudely to the customer.
Another very kind employee was able to get my sauces and fork and I left.

The food was great as always but the fried pickles were surprisingly bland.

This was on February 19th 2026 at approximately 11pm if Popeyes management wants to investigate employees about the instance.

So, I am out of words on what to say. I ordered the family meal 10PC for me and my family and was short 1 mash&gravy large. I brought this up and was told from the manager that it was added into the bag. It wasn’t in the bag and when I demanded a refund I was told to contact the districts manager number on the receipt and they couldn’t do anything on there side. Decided to go home and attempt to contact just to be locked behind a bunch of bots. I just wanted to get this meal for the family, that’s it. I really don’t understand why I have to go through this just to make them happy and satisfied. After this, I won’t be going to this location anymore and I really do advise whoever is reading this comment, before accepting your food, please make sure to investigate the bag before taking it off the counter, I would hate for other’s to go through what I did just for some good quality food.

I’ve come to this Popeyes very often and get food, I often place the order ahead of time on the app to save me some time since I get desserts and I know they take time to make, I ordered the wings and tender family meal, with 2 large mashed potatoes, the new pies they have and some sauces, when I get to the store, I was standing at the cashier for a long time before someone even came to the register, I told them my name and a lady presented me with a bag I opened it and saw my pies and 2 boxes and what I assumed was my mashed potatoes but turned out to be my sauces, I drove all the way home, realized I didn’t have my mashed potatoes and figured it be fine I can just go back to the store to get them, it will be no big deal, I go inside and tell a nice lady I’m missing my potatoes and biscuits ( I thought it came with biscuits it did not and that’s okay ) as she’s taking the ticket back the First Lady said something in a language I didn’t understand to the lady that took the ticket, the nice lady talked to this smaller white manager, I can hear the manager saying it doesn’t come with biscuits and that someone else put the food in the bag that she was waiting on potatoes, then the First Lady goes back and says something to the manager and when the manager comes to me, she was clearly irritated and stated she was told I checked the bag and that the potatoes where in there, implying I was trying to pull a fast one for them, I explained to the lady that when I looked in the bag I thought I saw the potatoes and thats why I didn’t say anything when I checked it, she then goes to say that she will do it for me this time, but she will not the next time and I need to do a better job of checking the bag, then the girl she accused of bagging the food the first time, grabs me the 2 large mashed potatoes and gives them to me and she was very kind about it, as I’m leaving the manager says in a louder voice “ the reason you didn’t get any biscuits is cause there’s none on the order “ I replied I thought it came with it, but stopped and just walked away cause I was already upset with the situation. Overall this store does have some friendly staff, a very rude and accusatory manager, and expects the customer to assume they messed up and thoroughly inspect the bag.

Ever since they changed management this location has been terrible from what it used to be. The prior management always sooo sweet and nice, and they always made sure to give good service with fresh food, but now with new management something is always missing in your order, and the food is always cold even when you ask for it to be cooked fresh. The quality is so bad I used to always go to this location but now I don’t even eat Popeyes at all anymore.
