Passing 11:00 am through Muskugee, Oklahoma and tried Chick-fil-A and was very disappointed. All the sauces were not in the bag; the cookies were from the previous day. Hard as a rock! Below the standards I’m used to from this establishment. Dont ruine the brand.

Bad experience from the beginning. Order taker was out of uniform and not chipper like most experiences I have had. The boy at the window was nice but still seemed frustrated that the chicken the only thing they serve there was not ready. It then took about 10-12 minutes for my order to be ready after waiting in the car line for 5-7 minutes. My sandwich was soggy and fries tasted old. Do better. Or shut the store down.

This place is busy for a reason. I walked in and was immediately helped by a very sweet young lady. As I went to my table a Spanish lady was asking if all was ok, did I need anything as she was cleaning tables. Food was hot and fresh and the key lime lemonade is so good. I will definitely be back to the restaurant.

This is getting ridiculous!! Saturday night dinner(8:29 PM) You’d think there would be a rush. My daughter’s C&C shake was on the counter for over 5 minutes just sitting there waiting to get brought out. No rush (there’s never a rush when there should be a rush). Secondly, this is the ice cream cone I was brought!! SERIOUSLY!!?? For $1.89 this is what I paid for?? The fries are always burnt and the sweet tea is left wanting. I would not recommend this Chick-fil-A until they do better!!

Food is “ok” but portion size for what you pay for is in my opinion low.
Place needs a good cleaning both times I have have been inside. Very dirty. Bathroom was filthy.
People are always nice and food does taste good, so don’t get me wrong on that but I feel that they can do a better job on the interior and giving you more fries.

Only reason it’s not 5 stars all around is because they forgot my fries. I was surprised by that since they are usually good at checking before service.
