Service has always been solid. Never had an item missing, workers were never rude. Food is alright for what it is. Mostly come here because not many places are open so late. A bug lost its leg in my beverage last night… so goodbye Taco Bell. It was good while it lasted

I had a great experience here on Thursday evening. The food was fresh, but the drive thru service was even better. The woman at the window was so kind and professional. My child changed their mind and wanted to add an item while I was already paying. Even though she initially (and correctly) said no, she saw I was willing to drive back around and decided to help me out anyway. She quickly added the item and coordinated with the kitchen so I got everything at once. I really appreciated her going the extra mile to make our visit easy and pleasant. Five stars for her hard work!

Check your bags folks. Every other time we go they forget something. This time we forgot to check and yep, they forgot something. I called to get the item refunded and they refused unless I came back to the store to receive a refund (30 min round trip). So you can take the item off if I come in but not using the receipt? BS. This is what happens when you have management that is incompetent and poorly trained. Won’t be returning, will be disputing the entire charge and getting a full refund.

The nacho fries were tasty. Asked for hot sauce packets & no ice in drink as part of the order (on drive thru screen). No sauce, ice in drink, & no straw. The food was ready super fast but the guy at the window was not friendly

The only reason this is not five stars is the rude woman that handled and handed me my order. I try to be the nicest and softest speaking I can to fast food workers as I know they deal with some really poor mannered people throughout the day. So I go about ordering as usual and she was basically just rude and short with me not even a here’s your food. Just closed the window after handing it to me. I hope that this is not a common occurrence. She would not be working at my store…

James S. welcomed me at the counter.., I was a little indecisive with so many items to choose from.., he answered all questions and then recommended their “Box” specials knowing I wanted a variety.., I ended up ordering both the Classic & Supreme Luxe Boxes, great choices. I also asked if I was a Rewards Member which I wasn’t aware of but will join soon. The Service Industry could use more individuals such as James S., great Employee, Thank you!
