Let me start by saying I love Mountain Mikes. Food always tastes great. However, my recent visit on 11/16/25 was horrible and sadly it was only a pickup order. Ordered a medium pizza online for pickup. Estimated 20-28 mins for pickup ETA for pick up at 12:11 pm. I know this location is somewhat slow at times with pickup orders so we didn’t arrive until 12:35 pm for pickup. When we went in – was told it would be another 10 mins. That came and went with no pizza. Was not until 20 minutes later we got our food. Did not leave with my pizza until 12:56 pm. It is frustrating when a pickup time is stated and you can’t pick up the pizza until almost an hour after the given time. Meanwhile, other patrons were walking in, picking up orders, and leaving immediately. It was almost like the pizza wasn’t even started until I arrived. Very frustrating. This review is paired with a previous in person visit on 10/07 – the facility was filthy with no where to sit because tables were not being cleaned and service was slow. My latest dining in was 11/14 and it took over an hour for food – but it was still delicious – table cleaning was better but still an area that could be improved.

We love these two locations (Robinhood Road and Grant Line) compared to most. This Mountain Mike’s food qualities are always on point. Pizzas are made right with a generous amount of toppings. My family and I highly recommend this place! We are regulars who order once a week and we are satisfied each and every time we order from here. If you want good pizza, try them and you will not be disappointed. Thank you!

The manager i spoke to about my daughter’s party was kind and informative on the phone and the staff was great when we got there! Super quick, kind and clean. This is my family’s favorite pizza spot. Our regular order is extra large 1/2 Combo 1/2 Pepperoni. Delicious & filling. We are never disappointed. Service is always friendly. We call ahead or order on App.

We came here for lunch and enjoyed the buffet. The buffet included four kinds of pizza and a well stocked salad bar. We paod just under $40 for two adults plus drinks. The pizza was hot and fresh. The tables were clean and furniture nearly new. The staff was very kind and helpful. The salad bar had two kinds of lettuce with olives, carrots, little corns, pepperchinis, macaroni salad, croutons, and many more items. There were three kinds of dressing, ranch, thousand islands and Italian. Overall, this was an amazing lunch that left us both full. We will be back to enjoy the food again.

What sets this place apart from other places is the consistency. It is great EVERY single time. Can’t say enough great things about Davinder and her team. Highly recommend this location!!!
