Well in West Haven 51 years always pace this location wondering how it was, to my pleasant surprise we enjoyed the stop , food and drinks were. Good atmosphere owner and bartender were freindly and welcoming, will definitely be stopping in again and letting others in on this great spot.

Smallest bar & grill I’ve ever seen and they have bands playing there regularly. Don’t know how they make ends meet but the service was good, prices reasonable and the regulars were good people. Been told the food is good also.

I passed this place up several times but finally decide stop in… Much to my surprise it was a lovely quaint bar-and-grill… Drinks were called and fresh… And the wings were excellent crispy flavorful nice… Recommend giving this place a try even though it looks small inside is bigger than you think…

Ohhh!! I love this bar!! Maria & Al are the best! Treat everyone like family! The food is awesome!! Daily specials! Right now Lobster roll $10 The entertainment is the bomb!! Tuesday Karaoke night most of the time my friend Colin on board! Thursday ladies night with drink specials! And my favorite Sunday to go place with Haptic Sense! Know what you are entering before you go. It is a good ol’ dive bar. Good pours and cheap eats. The bartender that served me was great and the pastrami on rye, while not Katz Deli, was inexpensive and filling.

Rude white women worked as the bartender on 09/05/2024. As soon as my friend and I walked in we were not acknowledged. She talked with other patrons and then proceeded to ask us minutes later for our ID. My friend tried to show a picture copy of the ID in her phone. The bartender stated the business did not accept pictures of the ID. My friend was fine with that and went to the car to retrieve her ID. The bartender carried on about the ID when we had no problem with having a physical copy of it. She asked me what I wanted and I told her a lemon drop. I told her with vodka not tequila and that somehow upset her. Then antagonizing me about how lemon drops are not made with tequila. I stated downtown New Haven where there are reputable at bars like 80 proof, Te Amos etc. I never have this problem any of time when the black gentleman is working. I’m disappointed in the service tonight and will not be returning. Maybe she is racist, I seen her treating the white gentleman’s nicely. This is the second time this happened with her about lemon drops where she has an attitude. I’m not sure what her issue is about lemon drop drinks.
