Terrible experience at the Mansfield Road location. The staff was incredibly unprofessional—one employee was on FaceTime while working, and another ignored a ringing phone while my pizza sat on the rack. I eventually had to ask for my own food because no one was paying attention.
The food quality was just as bad. The pizza was undercooked, doughy, and wasn’t even cut into slices. They missed the extra mushrooms I paid for, and the pepperoncini juice soaked through the box, making the crust soggy. The wings were overcooked and dry. I won’t be back.

I have gone to this Papa John’s every 2-3 weeks since July and every single time, no matter what, without fail I get the best service, my order is always on time and made perfectly. The lady that works the register is always so nice even on weekends when y’all are super busy. I appreciate her service greatly I couldn’t tip her tonight for the first time and I felt this was the least I could do. I hope she gets recognized.

We’ve been craving Papa John’s for a long time, I think the place has quite changed in the last few years, Placed a order tonight for pickup. I got a stuffed crust meat lovers for myself, My wife got a cheese and Canadian bacon. Also ordered garlic knots. Marinara sauce was very tiny I was kind of surprised. Probably enough for two knots. I went back in and bought six sauces so we would have enough. Arriving home I discovered. My pizza was almost raw and almost uncooked. The dough was so paper thin that each piece broke in half and fell apart. Was unable to take a full piece out of the box. Definitely disappointing experience. I feel the Papa John’s I was craving just don’t exist anymore. I will say I’m never been to this location before. And would normally go to the location in Bossier a few years ago.

I would give 0 stars if I could and still be able to make a review. The papa johns at 9225 MANSFIELD RD.!!!!! Is by far the worst place you could order a pizza from. Management (Manager DERRICK) is literally awful. Why are you working? as a manager at that, at this place you’re clearly miserable at? He was so rude for no reason. I called to report my issues to the store and he did not greet me with a “how may I assist you” he said “what’s wrong with you?” As if I’m the problem in this situation. I told him my issues with this order and he had a smart comeback for everything I said. There is a thumb print in my pizza. He said “it’s not a thumb print, it’s a cheese bubble” a cheese bubble does not go all the way to the crust. I told him it looked like somebody put my pepper in their mouth, chewed it and spit it out. He said “that’s the way they come sometimes” I DONT CARE if that’s the way “they come” don’t put that in my box! Throw it away. The other two were the size of quarters. My pizza wasn’t cut, so we had to cut it ourselves. My cheesesticks were missing a topping. He said “my bad I didn’t see it” his tone was rude and his attitude was just over all terrible. Food wasn’t up to par and the problem was not resolved. Customer service from this MANAGER is a 0/10

1st they did not send all my sauces and this looks like a pepperoni pizza that was cooked and then some random toppings put on top the veggies arent even cooked or have any cheese on them. I will never order from here again

Almost two hours for a medium pizza and drink. Pizza was crusty and dry. The dough was stale. Too much sauce in some spots. And uneven cheese coverage with very little toppings. Seemed lazy and definitely subpar. Like just about every place else in Shreveport.

It’s been a while since I ordered due to the way the pizza and things was made and dried out .However, today whoever made my 16 in with the cheese sticks did an awesome job . That’s how the pizza supposed to be made all the time. I took my time out to call the store but got no answer just to tell whoever fixed it they did an awesome job.

You would think with as many people ordering out, a company like Papa John’s would be prepared. I ordered my food at 11:06 and received it at 12:36. The delivery driver was by no means cordial! My food was room temperature at best! Will NOT ORDER from this location again!

Very unprofessional. On the website I put one thing. And they made my Lisa a completely different way. When I asked them to remake it the manager had a terrible attitude and told me they weren’t gonna remake it. But looking at the pizza you could tell they messed up and then tried to cover it with cheese to “fix” it. I then called once I made it home she refused to give me her name and was very disrespectful about it. Even with my 28.99 coupon I still spent $39. There is no reason I paid that much to have a botched pizza AND deal with an attitude with kindly asking about the mistake. THE WEBSITE WAS NOT ACCURATE AS FAR AS TRACKING MY ORDER. WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK THE STATUS THE YOUNG MALE ON SHIFT SIMPLY SAID “it’s waiting on you to pick it up” I REPLIED AND ASKED HIM HOW LONG HAD IT BEEN UP BECAUSE THE WEBSITE WAS NOT WORKING AND HE SAID HE DIDNT KNOW AND HUNG UO IN MY FACE.

The girls making the pizzas always work hard it’s the other ones that work behind the counter playing with their phones playing in their hair ignoring you when you come in closing early even would even look at you at the door and not acknowledge you playing on their phone until they get ready to leave it’s really annoying and I wish there was a way to contact the owner because them left in there by themselves the ones that aren’t making pizza they don’t do anything but play on their phones stare at you weird they don’t greet you and they’re more than happy to close early and not complete orders I had to pick up at 11:04 and the girl was standing there playing at the counter on her phone when I walked up to the door at exactly 11:00 there was no attempt made to make the order and this is about the 4th or fifth time it’s happened I would love to speak to the owner.. they truly don’t care about you or your business as an owner I don’t know what happened to the guy that used to be in there but they used to work when he was there
