“Our Mother’s Day meal at Olive Garden was wonderful overall, despite the expected crowd. While the restaurant was understandably packed and we experienced significant waits for everything, our server, John, was phenomenal. He provided excellent customer service, keeping our table stocked with delicious breadsticks and salads and doing his best to keep us comfortable during the delays. His positive attitude shone through, even though it was clear he was under pressure. As usual, our food and drinks were really good.
However, and this is a note for management to consider for next year, our food unfortunately did not arrive at the same time. As a family, we typically wait for everyone to be served before eating, but I had to start because my dish was getting cold. Additionally, drink service was slow. We also waited over 20 minutes for our desserts, ultimately deciding to take them to go. To their credit, the manager did come out and comp our desserts due to the delay. Despite the long wait time, we did enjoy the family time together. Olive Garden remains a family favorite, and we will continue to be patrons.”

Our server, Isaac was excellent! He truly went above and beyond for myself and guests. We all ordered different soups and had breadsticks and salad. We enjoyed the Italian donuts. The food was tasty and we were all full!

Happened to be in this area and stopped to eat the manicotti, tasted great! Wish it was always on menu. Waitress ( Kayla ) did a great job serving us.Time food served: salad n chicken ganache soup 9 min/ meal 25 min. Food was great. Only problem was noisy people n their kids !! We went yesterday to celebrate my son’s birthday. Everything was great until it was time to pay. They had charged me an extra tea and the lasagna cake that they brought my son that I was told wasn’t going yo be charged was. I ended up paying 20 more for these extra added items. I tried looking for our waitress but she was far away. I dnt appreciate the waitresses doing this. I would really like a refund for the items I didn’t buy. One was a gift the other one I never got. I wish a manager could reach out to me thank you.

I recently visited the Olive Garden in El Paso, and it was a delightful experience, largely thanks to the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl and the exceptional service. Let’s start with the main attraction: the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl. It’s a classic for a reason! I got the fettuccine Alfredo with added shrimp.The pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauces were rich and flavorful, and the endless breadsticks were warm and addictive. It’s a fantastic value for anyone with a hearty appetite. Also, the salad and the breadsticks are always top-tier. I also got the fried calamari, which is so amazing.
However, what truly stood out was the service, especially from my waitress, April. From the moment I sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She patiently explained all the pasta and sauce options, offered great recommendations, and made sure my drinks were always full. Her warm and engaging personality made me feel like I was a valued customer, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. All the staff here were wonderful. Everyone was so helpful and they gave great customer service. The other waitress Atala even took the time to converse with me and tell me about different things to do in El Paso.
If you’re ever in El Paso, make sure you stop at the Olive Garden. I will definitely be coming back when I pass through.

As a chef in the El Paso area, I like to enjoy my night off here and there at the Sunland park Olive Garden this evening I ran into an error on my plate and quickly was accommodated, and also approached with the touch to the table from the culinary manager, Cassandra, her energy and her patience made the error feel like it never happen. It didn’t take nothing but a few seconds for her to come out after the Error was corrected. She made sure everything was OK. I greatly appreciate the staff that was very much attentive while everyone kept a smile on their face and laughter around wishing everyone a happy holiday and thank you again for great service

We were celebrating my nephews birthday and our server Ava was fantastic. She was extremely sweet and the service was fast. My nephew has a disability but Ava was so patient with him which we greatly appreciated. Thank you Ava, the food was great and they give out a free dessert for birthdays.

We went on a Saturday before an Event, which we expected a wait time but Olive Garden is known for bottomless Breadsticks and Salad and there was a LONG wait just to get breadsticks or oir salad. Our server was pleasant. Just the wait on our food and appetizers.
