Packed with flavor and quality ingredients, this place is as close to a homemade meal as you’re going to get. Tucked in a small corner with very limited seating, this place is truly a “hole in the wall”. My all time favorite is the “huarache” with carne asada and a Chile toreado on the side.

Stopped by for lunch around noon on a rainy saturday. Our quesadillas were the perfect level of crispy, and exceptionally flavorful. The vegetarian burrito (with avocado added) was well-made and filling – more than just a menu afterthought. The food was even well presented, with carefully placed radishes and caramelized onions!
The exterior isn’t much to look at, and the restaurant might be quiet (we were the only ones there for 15 minutes or so) – but don’t be fooled, this place features incredible food served by lovely people. For amazing prices, too! Filling fresh-cooked meals for 3 people, $31 – hard to find these days.
