If I could leave 0 I would!! I never like to leave reviews. But this was 100 percent intentional. And just like come on? I never complain about how slow this McDonald’s is or how they take the back speaker before the order causing a backup. They always have you pull up for cold food. But this? They had me pull up and wait. I asked for no pickle. Said it twice to the lady and an extra piece of cheese. She asked again for a 3rd time and we confirmed. So why do this? To be funny? Its not. Some people are just rude and wrong. Wow. It wont let me post a picture yet. But I will!!

Went in to pick up my order and got nothing but agitated attitudes. I went up to the counter, being bypassed by employees, stood there for a couple minutes until finally I spoke to a girl behind the counter. I told her I just had a ready order for pickup and she stated they were backed up. That’s perfectly fine, I know they were busy, the thing is she had an annoyed tone. She then came back to the counter there were two people behind me and she bypassed me and asked another customer their name. Intentional? Absolutely! I will never return to this store, I don’t care how hungry my family are. No wonder they only have a 3ish star rating. Not that this review will do anything to fix the problem, at least I’m able to warn others about the service.

Ordered bacon on a burger thinking they’d actually do their job and put it onto the burger but no. Went back and the useless manager seemed annoyed she had to put her phone down to do work. This location does stuff like this constantly and the staff needs to be replaced starting with management.

This one’s really sucked for a while. I work food service so I get it but to a degree… Sometimes I’ll do curbside and I’ll be sitting there for upwards of 45 minutes… With no rush… Um… They frequently forget to give me things, in drive thru, delivery, and curbside. It’s gotten steadily worse. Sometimes the drinks taste like soap, and most of the food seems like it’s well past its throw out time. They are nice enough to give a lot of sauce though? I’ll give them that

Some of the employees are good at working in a what i would call ” were you half to be social work place” doing there job and all but some definitely like to complain about dashers haveing to wait around,mabey have a designated station for us dashers? not hating were all working, and i have mutual respect for all business run in’s.not all dashers run ♂️ off with the pack some are good and yall always see me up there, i don’t have to be that special to remember. But if you see somebody every day, chances are you know what they’re there for if it’s the same thing, every time

Manager is RUDE never come here. They don’t care about you or how you receive your food. They “ran out” of ketchup up and pretended like I was asking for all of their money in the register when I ask them to give me some ketchup in a fry container so I could eat my four orders of fries. NEVER COME HERE THEY ARE RUDE AND LAZY and the dining room was dirty, I had to clean our table with wet naps I brought from home and people leave their garbage on the tables and just walk out like it’s nothing. Filthy and gross. Zero stars

Make sure to check your order. We have yet to get a complete or correct order from this location in the 3 years we have lived here. They always give the excuse we are short staffed or really busy but we always beat the rush. From burgers that are made incorrectly to missing items it’s a constant with this location. We never order special, they are just incapable of making the burger the way its advertised.

Not sure what is going on at this location, but the drive-thru line took over 20 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. I typically avoid this location due to the wait times, but figured it would be faster at 9pm on a Sunday evening.

I go to this location because it’s close. I have never gotten a whole order yet. I’m really tired of it so I won’t return. Who is the owner and why isn’t he/she reading reviews because they all seem the same. Employees well that’s the lowest of the lowest. They have no clue what their doing. They argue they are loud and never use manners. Wow I can’t believe this location is still in business.
