Went on Saturday February 21st around 8pm. Would have given 5 stars but my husband ordered a whiskey sour drink and it was terrible. If it had any alcohol it could not have been even 1 shot. It tasted as if it was watered down. Now for the food it was very good. I had the Caesar chicken wrap and he had a burger both were excellent. We had onion rings for our appetizer and there were delicious. Then we had the lemon cake for dessert, it was so yummy!! Definitely recommend the food but not the bar drinks. Our server was super good, friendly and did a great job.

I love the burger and the onion rings. The only reason I gave a 4 in food is because the onion rings were a little bit greasy and the berry berry lemonade was flat with no soda, and this beverage is with soda water as described in the menu. Other than that, dinner was great, and our server was very friendly and attentive.

Fairly average-to-mid burger place given all of the burger places in the area. The shining star here was our Waitress. She helped us promptly and quickly. Don’t get the pretzel bits, and opt for the fried pickles.

Food was delicious albeit a bit pricey for my blood, $20 for an ordinary burger and a few steak fries (or a side salad) seems high to me. Great meal despite the cost. Service was slow, had to wait a bit for a team member to come to the front desk. Then took a bit more time to get my food, well after the website indicated it would be ready. Place inside was clean and pleasant, though I got only takeout. Good burgers though I’d expect exceptional quality for the prices. $7 for a vanilla shake also seemed excessive for a chain restaurant. 4/5 stars.

Good burgers with great service!we usually stop here after our Universal Studios trips. We order the 9.99 special which includes your bottomless drink and sides. The food is good and affordable. Our server Dee Dee was excellent. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The food came out hot and fast. This is our go to place after a fun day at the parks!

I had not been to this location in 4 years. The last time I was not impressed. I will say that the burgers are better now and it matches the service. I ordered a medium burger last time and it was well done and this time it came out medium and full of flavor. The bartender slash waitress made sure my bottomless fries still full. Overall I enjoyed my experience and I would return.

We waited 20 minutes to sit down and the restaurant was not near full capacity. Food was delicious. Service was very slow. Server forgot multiple times to bring drinks and eating utensils. Never even asked if I needed a refill or 2nd drink. The server seemed overwhelmed while the restaurant wasn’t even at a high crowd to be overwhelmed.

Walked in at 935 on a Saturday night and only 1 section of the resturant open. In that section 5 tables open. We were told a 20 minute wait. Apparently you cannot get a seat until someone leaves. If my grandson did not want to eat here we would have gone somewhere else. I really hope the food will be worth the wait. Seems like a great opportunity to start losing customers for sure.

This is my favorite place to eat burgers . I really love the environment and the customer service. Been honest with you me and my wife went to this location 4 years ago and from that time to now I can see how nice the service gets better also the taste of the food. My favorite burger always is “ROYAL RED ROBIN” (YUMM ) and today my food came out so good as you see it in the pictures attached. Highly recommend this place . Also I want to recognize Georgina the server/Bartender for you her customer service above and beyond. No complaints whatsoever
