I’m a little confused why this location has such a low rating. I’ve never experienced any issues with my order like a lot of the other reviews. The drive thru is usually pretty busy, but fast. I will say, I went inside today and the interior is clean but has no personality. It’s pretty small for a McDonalds and nobody is working the cash register, so you need to use a kiosk to order. I waited 17 minutes for my order to be prepared. Next time I’ll just wait in the drive thru since they were obviously prioritizing those orders.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s anywhere judging by my experiences and reviews. They are always out of things, always mess up orders, never take accountability for anything, its just awful. Today, ordered 3 breakfast burritos, only got 2 in my bag. When I asked for the 3rd, the employee disappeared and the manager showed up and said they were all out of burritos amd if I would like my money back. I said sure, then asked why nothing was said when they handed me the bag with 1 less burrito. The manager said they were just informed and the drive thru employee didnt know. I then asked, when the person preparing the bag noticed they only had 2 and the order said 3, why didnt they say something, so the person at the drive thru could tell me amd give my money back. The manager persisted with, we were just informed we have no more. I stopped at that point. Something is wrong with the accountability at this store. Either someone is not reading a ticket, doesnt know how to count to 3, didnt want a confrontation and hoped we wouldn’t see it until we got home and couldn’t do anything about it, or just doesnt care.
I will be surprised if anyone from this location replies to this. They dont care. Im notnsurprised nothing was said from the other reviews stating they are stealing money.

Very great brand new McDonald’s! Very clean restaurant with amazing staff, and good service. I had ordered my meal for 4:50 on doordash, and food was ready early at 4:40 for me. The food was hot and ready, the soda wasn’t flat, and the fries were not soggy. Everything you would want the right way.

Ordered through the drive through. Ordered 2 happy meals, large fry and a frappe. Given 1 happy meal 2 kids drinks and 1 frappe and told to park and wait. No receipt given. After 10 minutes waiting went into resteraunt and was told they had no order for me????? Had to take in the sticker from the frappe to prove??? we had a order???? Made me feel like I was trying to lie about the order. 31 minutes after we originally ordered they gave me rest of order and said “here you go”. No sorry about that. Manager hiding around corner(large woman) and not one word from her. Worst treatment I have ever had at ANY fast food. Last visit to this location for us.

This is our first time ordering from this location not a big fan of McDonald’s, but it was a quick stop on our drive home. One burger was completely undercooked, which I did not know until we turned the light on in the car to look at the other burger, which was missing the hamburger patty. We were 3/4 of the way home so we did not turn around to fix the issue. It seemed to be a lost cause anyways. The boys running the drive thru were arguing about who would be leaving first and spoke only a couple words to us. Annoying and a total waste of money but we had a good laugh.

Again came to this McDonalds placed my order at 3:50 am dinner items on the app, the app clearly states that you can order dinner till 3:59am and it only gives you the option to order dinner items, I place my order on the app and pull up to the drive thru window sit there for like 3 minutes and say Hello finally they respond only to tell me that they have already switched over to breakfast! I back up and cancel the order on the app. I then order breakfast items pull up to the window again and give her my new order she asks if I canceled the order I say no she proceeds to tell me that the order was canceled I look on my app and McDonald’s cancelled the order she then tells me that the system was updating. Unbelievable this location is not technically 24 hours I can’t tell you all how many times I’ve had the same issue! The staff at this location are super friendly and professional but the app and ordering at certain times in the early morning are a huge headache! Do better!

Whatever happened to the days of old when McDonald’s was family and kid friendly? Now it’s gone sterile and corporate.
The employees just seem like cogs, going through the motions. Doing what they need to do to get that coveted paycheck at the end of the week.
No cashier’s, just a digital terminal interface??
They’ve stripped the humanity completely out of the experience.
Then you add on a long wait time, every time you visit the drive through.
I won’t be back.

It’s amazing how a restaurant that claims to be 24 hours is closed at 3:30 in the morning. When I pulled in there were two other cars waiting to be helped. By the time I left 2 more had attempted to order. This restaurant should consider changing their hours if their graveyard person is unavailable.

They deserve more than a 1 star.
And then I am reminded where it’s located, and the QC snobs the live near here.
It’s 1am:
– my food is hot, not microwaved like other locations have done at this time of night.
– my order is correct
– it taste great
– they did it quickly especially based on them being short staffed
I will gladly wait an extra minute if it’s good. Now if you had to wait extra time let’s be realistic: it’s still a new location. And you probably came at 4pm during peak time.
