I think it’s one of the most enjoyable places to go for steak in Warsaw. The atmosphere, the service, the portion sizes, and most importantly the taste of the food were all really great. The three of us were very satisfied. I’d recommend the rib eye, and the waiter was very helpful with the wine selection. For dessert, the fondant was delightful, but I didn’t really enjoy the crème brûlée. We paid around 350 PLN per person. I definitely recommend giving it a try!

I visited Prime Cut recently with a colleague for dinner, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is modern and moody in the best way—upscale but very comfortable.
The food was absolutely top-tier. We ordered the Tomahawk steak, which was the highlight of the evening—cooked perfectly, tender, and presented beautifully on a wooden board with grilled vegetables and potatoes. We also tried the dumplings (pierogi), which were delicious and plated elegantly with cranberries and greens.
The drink menu is extensive, and we took full advantage of it! We enjoyed a mix of everything—great cocktails to start, followed by wine with our meal, and some beers as well. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the wine list to pair with the steak.
The bill came to 940 PLN for the two of us. Considering the premium cut of meat, the number of drinks we had, and the overall quality of service and ambiance, it was well worth it.
If you are in Warsaw and looking for a high-end steakhouse experience, this is the place to go. We will definitely be back!

Thier steak is phenomenal. The dry aged steak is some of the best I have had. The environment has a very modern but comfortable feel to it. The service is impeccable. I would highly recommend this place if you find yourself in Warsaw!

First, the service was chaotic. We were served by several different waiters rather than a dedicated one. No one came to check if everything was okay with the food (my fries were undercooked, and I actually had to get up and find a waiter to ask for a new portion). The staff felt quite unprofessional.
Secondly, the steak. I ordered it medium, but it arrived rare. The taste was okay, but for the prices they charge, you expect much better execution. The drinks were fine.
The atmosphere was also spoiled by other guests constantly taking photos with flash, which was very distracting in the restaurant’s dark setting.
Since this place markets itself as a premium establishment, things like unpolished cutlery are unacceptable.
Generally, I do not recommend this place. You can find much better options in this price range.

Incredible. Excellent spot. Ignore that it’s underneath a hotel/apartment or that it’s a chain. To me, it usually screams overrated or tourist trap, but as soon as you walk in your transported to a wonderfully modern and intimate space. The food and portions are well worth the price and there’s extra surprises to make the experience a memorable one. I personally ordered the venison and was blown away. I ended up sharing some of the aged tomahawk with someone with deeper pockets than mine and … it was unreal.

The meat was okay, but definitely not good or memorable. Service was frankly weak and unprofessional. Seating is extremely tight even three average-sized adult men can barely sit next to each other comfortably, which makes the whole experience unpleasant.
The cloakroom situation is strange constantly overcrowded, chaotic, and you have to wait forever just to get your jacket back.
The view is nothing special and doesn’t justify the price at all.
For the money they charge, I do not recommend this place. It is clearly overpriced for what you get.

The building itself also left a poor impression – the interior feels outdated, the renovation looks tired, and there was an unpleasant smell in the restroom, which really shouldn’t happen in a restaurant of this level.
On top of that, a service charge was automatically added to the bill without any prior notice, even though there were only two of us. This felt inappropriate and poorly communicated.
As for the food, the steak was average at best. Nothing terrible, but definitely not what you would expect from a steakhouse positioning itself as premium.
Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the concept or the prices, and I wouldn’t be in a hurry to come back.
