When you go out of your way to create the world’s tastiest sandwiches, people tend to go out of their way to get their hands on them. And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. And people formed lines out the door, anxiously awaiting their turn for taste bud nirvana. Today, people still go above and beyond to get our sandwiches. Because for many, you can never go too far for a TOGO.

I stopped into this Togo’s after not being in a Togo’s for several years. Now I remember why. I ordered the turkey cranberry footlong to take home and have for dinner. When I got home the bread was completely soggy and Juice was dripping out of the paper. I tried to eat a few bites but it was so disgusting I threw it in the trash. The young lady that took my order was super sweet and courteous. Will never go there again.

The owner Sean. Was absolutely rude when I was trying to ask about the free scoop rewards he kept cutting me off like I was trying to manipulate. I asked him where he was from to simply state in America we listen when it comes to customer service. He cussed and screamed and called me racist. Its unfortunate, I wonder what happend to little Sean that makes him so volatile and feel the need to assert dominance on a customer.

Food here is amazing,the two working today March 23 Sunday 4:47 Diana and the dude,horrible. If you’re old enough to work and want to get paid,please show common sense or courtesy.we walked in,not greeted or acknowledged,waited at the counter ready to order and they just kept going on with their private conversation ,she was behind the ice cream and he was behind the sandwich portion just yelling across the room.but them making fun of people or talking about her bf with the civic or how she finished her entire Chipotle was more important than basic work ethics. spoiled brats who cannot function in the workplace. its sandwhiches,we all start somewhere but even in high-school you learn there is a time and place. I wanted to leave but my guy said we were already there. save yourself the worst sandwich ordering experience and go to west coast sourdough instead. i have never not tipped or had an issue at a freaking sandwich place not even subway but wow. togos please manage and teach basic manners and customer service to the staff. they desperately need guidance and education.

Please do not go to this Togo’s. They discriminate against disabled people. Some of my clients were on an outing and went there to have their lunch real quick. the manager was very rude about it and was trying to kick them out. When obviously they weren’t that busy and they had no other customers trying to sit down at the tables. We have disabled people trying to go out into their community and enjoy their time and people want to act like that towards them.

Came in today at 11 before they get busy,very kindly asked for a pastrami sandwich, the girl wouldn’t even look at me and made me feel like I was annoying her for making her make my sandwich, you could clearly tell she didn’t like her job ans was being very rude. It’s wierd when you’re more friendly than the employee, I live down the street and would come often but after jow I was treated, especially after spending 20 dollars on a sandwich I will no longer be coming back with my family, very disappointed!!!!!!!
