I tried ordering through Uber Eats and my driver tells me Wendy’s doesn’t have an order under my name. So they not only wasted my time but my driver’s time as well. I was forced to cancel and got charged for my order. I had to go through Uber Eats support to get a refund. I’ve enjoyed ordering here in the past but not sure I will order ever again.

I did not eat today but took my 93 year old grandpa for lunch & the young man waiting on us was amazing. Super patient & kind explaining the different meal options which we appreciated. My grandpa said it was “real good” & he loved the chili garlic hot sauce for his fries. Thank you for your kindness & patience today!

The manager Michael is horrible and so rude. I do uber and side gig and came to pick up like usual. I was told by the nice person at the counter that someone had already picked it up. ( meaning the PREVIOUS Uber driver stole the food and didn’t deliver ) he then starts blaming me for it, cussing and muttering under his breath that its not his fault im incompetent and can’t find a job….. I am a para educator for special needs kids, this is a side gig lol this man was horribly degrading and was also very rude to the person working up front I feel so bad for the people working under him here.

Who doesn’t like a honey buddy chicken. I have the app and get money off every visit and the people are very nice and do a great job. They also have lots of places to charge your phone if needed.

Spicy chicken nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich is yummy delicious 5/5 for it. The cheese fries is okay not so great!!!
The drive through was so slow, super busy and jam packed on June 25 around 9pm. Waited in the queue for nearly 25 minutes.
But the staffs were kind, friendly and welcoming with smiling face good to see many young folks doing the work .

I noticed there is a couple new managers. One is I think Filipino. He is great, gets food out on time and there is never a line. Another is a Black woman, wears a hijab. Same experience. She’s very kind.

Don’t know what happened to this Wendys, but the quality has rapidly declined. Ordered two jr. bacon cheeseburgers with onions and pickles.
They were cold to the touch, only had partial ingredients, and was put together with really no care at all.
Find a different Wendy’s. This one died.

The food was hot and tasted as expected. The service was fine. Not super friendly but accurate and quick. If their second soda machine is still broken they should really fix that. The restaurant itself was kind of gross. The Garbage bin was so full you couldn’t put anymore in it but I saw the worker clean the same chair at least twice. Who knows how many times he cleaned whatever to avoid taking garbage out. Dirty tables. I will not return to this location.

Stopped here Sat Night. Dec 13 One person working and a manager. Manager was berating his employee and treating her like crap. She was doing best she could to take care of everyone. Fire this manager please. No excuse for abuse.
