I really understand that people pay for convenience BUT over $19.00 for a large fry and frosted lemonade with strawberry syrup mixed in is price gouging. The frosted lemonade used to be bigger. This little cup was $6.14 before tax and as you can see not filled up. Why? Why are prices different online versus when you walk in for the same food. Why is there a small order fee and a service fee on top of the price of your meal, plus tax, delivery fee and a tip fee. I will not be using Door Dash that’s for sure. In addition, I’m am disappointed in Chick-Fil-A. Y’all used to care about the customers. Now y’all are all about the money just like everyone else. Good luck with that.
Yet again today. I cant even make a new review 4/29/2025. $27.xx for a sandwich, side salad and a medium tea. Curious as to why pricing is different for online orders than in house orders. I don’t want more food. I want cheaper pricing. This is crazy!

We recently moved back to Sumter after being stationed here for a couple of years, going back home, and deciding to move back. In the midst of moving back I decided to order something from here. The person at the drive thu was kind and also spelled my name Emilua which was awesome, and made me laugh after a stressful day of moving. Everyone was kind and efficient. The Chick-fil-A in the town were were recently in staff were too busy talking to other staff, or over talking to customers so the food was always backed up and cold. Don’t get me wrong, I am all about talking to customers but there is a point. Not this Chick-fil-A, the order comes out right away when or close to when it goes to the window, and is hot and ready. Thank you for making me laugh after a stressful day, I was full and happy.

Imagine picking up your food and going home to see that your fries are half empty. I understand this happens sometimes, but then you call and explain the situation and are told they will remake the fries.
So you go back almost 2 hours later to try and rectify this situation, but you’re waiting for 30 mins to get some fries. Granted, this was near the closing time, but it shouldn’t have taken this long.
I asked for a gift card for the waste of my time but got a sandwich voucher, but honestly, it doesn’t equate to the loss of time/gas it took to take an additional trip. At the very minimum, 2 vouchers should’ve been given.
I am very disappointed in this chik fila. It definitely is giving McDonalds vibes in chik fila clothing.

I ordered through the Chi fil a app for a delivery. It seems like every time I order from this location something is either missing or wrong. Tonight I ordered the market salad and a 12 ct nugget meal. The 12 ct meal was fine but instead of the market salad with nuggets I got the market salad with grilled strips. In the past ordering, they either give me the wrong dressing or the wrong toppings or I wouldn’t get dressing or toppings at all. I called their customer support and they issued a refund but it is still frustrating.

This was my 1st time at this particular Chik-fil-A. I stopped by to pick up my granddaughter a kid’s meal for the drive back home. When I saw the fries all I could do was shake my head. The fries were cold and the nuggets were barely warm.
The drive-thru is supposed to go pretty quickly so I thought. They need to make sure that if they have someone on the register that they can count or at least provide a calculator. Also, make sure they have proper change.

Always a good experience at Chick-fil-A. Great customer service! I ordered online and when I arrived at the restaurant the line was not long at all. My order was correct, the food was hot, and the drinks were cold.
