Solid 5 stars all the way around! The food, the atmosphere and most definitely the service was incredible. My fiancée and I went to this location today and our server Audra was beyond delightful. She went above and beyond to make sure the service was what we expected and then some. Personally, she deserves some sort of recognition.
As for the food, I got a steak and brisket burnt ends (as pictured) it was incredible. Will definitely return to this location when we’re in the area!

I genuinely cannot believe the food I was served. I ordered BBQ chicken wings and a chicken Caesar salad, and my total came out to $40. For that price, I expected at the very least edible, properly cooked food. What I received was incredibly disappointing.
The chicken on the Caesar salad was absolutely unacceptable. It was severely overcooked, burnt on the outside, and so dry and hard that it was nearly impossible to chew. It wasn’t just slightly overdone, it was rock hard. It honestly looked like it had been reheated multiple times or left sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The texture was tough and rubbery, and parts of it were visibly charred. I ended up throwing most of it away because it simply wasn’t edible.
The BBQ wings were fine, but 7 wings? When you’re charging $40 for a simple takeout meal, there should be some basic level of quality control. Burnt, dried-out chicken should never make it into a customer’s order.
I understand being open late can be challenging, but that’s not an excuse to send out food that clearly shouldn’t have passed the kitchen. This experience felt careless and like there was zero attention paid to the quality of what was being served.
Very disappointed, and I won’t be coming back after this.

I enjoyed a delicious lunch today here at Montanas steakhouse.
The Best part was seeing my favourite waitress Gabby that came back to work after some time off. I had missed her!
She gave me the warmest welcome.
Her positivity and bubbly personality just has a special way of touching my heart and life.
Those little moments of genuine kindness and connection are truly special to me. She is very high energy and efficient in this fast pace and busy environment always making sure I have everything I need and more to enjoy my meal and whole experience.
It is so wonderful when a server goes above and beyond their job description and makes a lasting impression like Gabby has done for me. Thank you Gabby!! You are the BEST!
I ordered the Lobster Bisque made with Tender Canadian lobster meat.
For my main was the top Sirloin steak That has been aged for 50 days, seasoned to perfection and fire-grilled. It was cooked exactly the way I like it. I ordered it with a baked potato and sour cream, coleslaw and two onion rings.
I also ordered the chicken burrito bowl
Fire-grilled chicken on rice, roasted corn, beans, onions, cheese, red peppers, guacamole, house-made Pico de Gallo and garnished with a creamy cilantro sauce
It was delicious!
The environment is very country with Old trucks suspended up on the ceiling, lots of wood, neat metal chandeliers, lots of TV’s with sports playing and funny art works. Overall a pretty chill atmosphere.
The only suggestion I would make to improve my experience here would be to hold off on the Christmas music until closer to Christmas. It is December 6th today and the whole Jingle Bells and we wish you a Merry Christmas tunes just felt early.
I will be back again soon!

I took my family here for dinner, and the service was great! Our server (Logan) was very friendly and made us laugh. The owner noticed my kids weren’t eating the app we ordered because it was too spicy so he made a special request to the kitchen and surprised us with their very own with no spice in it free of charge!! We enjoyed all of our meals and everything was delicious! We will definitely be back again soon! 🙂

I had such a great experience at Montana’s Cookhouse! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Daniel had awesome customer service. I do believe that this is the best Montana’s in the entirety of Kitchener. Best customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life come here or you probably don’t want customer service. he rolled out a red carpet for me and gave me a silver platter.
