I was at this BK a month ago and their menu boards were out and they had no diet drinks available in their soda machine. I figured it was just a bad day. Back again today, still no menu boards. Still no diet drinks available. Seems like poor a poor franchise. I will say the employees are very nice but that’s all I can say as a positive.

Food is good. But terrible service, the drive thru never moves and blocks cars that are parked in handicap spots and every other parking spot. You have people doing 3 point turns and almost hitting cars in the drive thru just to make it out. Efficiency is important to have customers coming in and out.

My family and a couple of friends wanted to try the wraps and fiery nuggets at the Burger King on Union. We spent well over $40 for our orders all together. My daughter picked up the order and hears “Is ALL that HER’S?!” To which another employee replies “YES! Those 2 orders there and the 3 she just placed!” So my daughter politely tells them “I’m sorry, yes. This is all for me.” to let them know she heard them. Then they end up not putting in extra items we paid for, gave her chicken nuggets instead of chicken fries and so she had to go back around to get that taken care of. When she gets home, they’d given her the wrong sauces and I wouldn’t be upset, except that I paid for a different sauce. The fries were all half full, if that. The wrap had brown, wilted lettuce on it and was dripping in sauce to the point it had to be wiped off on the outside to be held to be eaten after we replaced the lettuce with our own lettuce, but the really big kicker for me that just did me in, was the chicken sandwich. The combo was $6.99 and it already had a half full fry carton, but the sandwich itself! I opened it up at there sat a HALF of a tomato and to accompany it..a HALF of a piece of chicken. I mean, seriously?! What happened to the other half of my chicken sandwich? Did it go on the chicken wrap? Is this what Burger King is doing to save on foodcost?! That’s just sad, BK. So, I called the store immediately upon noticing and to my dismay, whomever was picking up the phone on the other end, only wanted to sit in silence for about 2 to 3 minutes, before hanging up on me. This occurred 4 times and I gave up, put the chicken sandwich and half carton of fries in a ziploc bag, and I plan on taking that mess back to them tomorrow for a full refund. This particular BK is getting more and more slack each day and they don’t care. A few weeks ago, a MANAGER brought me out pieces of lettuce in a wrapper in a bag, after I’d told them my whopper had no lettuce or tomato on it. When I walked in to let the manager know that I wasn’t happy about his behavior or the food and he could have the sandwich and lettuce back, I walked in to hear him and his staff of about 5 girls, all cackling over what he’d just done and talking about it. I was livid, but remained calm and just told him How would he feel if someone treated his mother, sister or aunt that way and when I walked off to leave, he yelled have a good day and started right back to laughing. I think this particular BK will have the last of my business now. They’ve shown they just don’t care!!

Asked for a chicken burger, they didnt have it. Got a double whopper and it smelled horrendous, but took a couple bites anyways thinking it was just me. Realized i could taste the smell. Took the burger apart and one patty smelled normal, other smelled like rot and chemicals but looked normal. Went in, told them, they made me a new one, smelled the exact same. These people need to clean the grill. Absolutely disgusting. Walked in, threw it away, never coming back.

Was made to pull forward and wait 7 minutes for a single order of onion rings. They were not busy at all and the onion rings were not fresh in yhe least bit so I wasn’t made to pull forward for them to make them. And then I still had to get out of the car bc I asked for sauce and didn’t even get it..absolutely will not use this location again! Based on all the bad reviews how are they even still open?!?! People that just show up for a paycheck working there..

It was actually pretty good. I try to avoid BK because it has gotten pretty gross over the years, but the wife had a free whopper coupon so I says”what the hell?”
Got a whopper with no pickles and to my amazement the burger was hot and the toppings were cold. I haven’t had that from a fast food place since the McDLT. There was a bit too much mayo, but the tomatoes tasted fresh. I was pleased

Door Dashers beware — They expect you to wait in line even if they pre-bag your food, letting it sit there getting cold. I asked if I could grab it and was insulted, and had to sit there with it in arms reach until the lady felt lime insulting me a second time. Finally drive thru came over and looked at it so I took it and left. NEVER ACCEPT FROM THIS LOCATION – They will make sure you get cold food to your customer because of some weird chip on their shoulder

They didn’t give me the right burger in the drive thru so I went in and the manager was acting like I was lying I got my food but I will definitely not be going back to this one (just for the record only the manager was acting like that everyone else was really nice and she was even mad with them clearly not management material)

Lunch time was great..staff nice and polite. Went in am to get biscuits…the older staff that took order and gave food was a bit different. Tried again several mornings later…same mood.
