I was blown away by how generous the sandwiches are. I enjoyed them so much that I went back the next evening too. The first night I tried the Rueben the Great and the following night I went for The Beefeater. Both were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The only small thing I’d tweak is the pickle on the side, but everything else was perfect. Definitely a five-star experience!

It’s been a few years since I have eaten at a Jason’s Deli. Stopped in today with some co-workers and had a really good Reuben sandwich. Will ask for some extra dressing next time and that will make it a great sandwich.

I usually love to patronize this establishment, but today the male manager made me feel as if I had choosing the wrong eatery. After a bad salad dressing (Cesar) ruining my salad, the sandwich that followed disappointed as well. As I bite into the sandwich I noticed a small spec on the avocado. After looking closely to my surprise the spec was a bug. The sandwich was a rush job and I was an inconvenience. If there had been less emotion and more attention to detail it would’ve made it out the kitchen! The cashier(s) were amazing might I add. No more take out!!

The location on CC Pkwy definitely appears a lot better these days (2/1/26) in comparison to a year ago. I assume that’s because of maybe new managers and staff? This location was the worst out of all the metro locations I have been too.
They finally keep the salad bar stocked and clean and customer service seems better.
They still need to work on keeping the dining room more tidy although it has improved. If staff that supposed to keep the dining room together would cater more to the people in the dining room they could get tipped directly as with some of the other stores. Anyway, it’s improved. I hope it’s only up from here.

Today was my first time ever ordering from Jason’s Deli and I am blown away. I came in to pick up an order for my girlfriend and the minute I walked in I was impressed by how clean, cozy, and welcoming the entire space felt. I was greeted immediately, the cashiers were already prepared with my order, and the customer service was absolutely impeccable.
They have an amazing selection and my to-go order was ready in under 10 minutes, no stress, no waiting, no attitude, just smooth service. I will definitely be back this week for lunch (dine in) I can’t believe I’ve been sleeping on this place for so long. Jason’s Deli really has it going on!

Great service, very effective and quick. My food was delicious!! Never had the panini before and i definitely would get it again!! I didn’t know you could sit in, so I’d love to try that also. Amazing chicken panini and the server was so sweet.

Miss Tawanna I just want to say that you make BUSY look EASY. I came in for the muffelata and they could not make it on a croissant like they used to do for me ages ago … she was very patient with me and I appreciated her recommendations. Above all it was her pleasant attitude with everyone that was pleasing . So I just want to say as much as I HATE bad service… I LOVE GREAT SERVICE and just wanted to take time out to express my gratitude for your warmth and say THANKYOU! Probably not going to this location again because they messed up my whole order!! Not only was I hungry they took an hour past the expected time to deliver the food. Once I got my sandwich It didn’t come with any of the toppings I requested, no sauces, just straight meat, lettuce and cheese… Respectfully If i wanted a MEAT only sandwich I would’ve requested that but I didn’t… I’m not recommending to anyone
