I walked in and informed the employee that I had never been there. The employee never smiled, only made it seem like a hustle that I was there. I asked about many different doughnuts that I saw labels for, however they were out of at least 8 of the varieties I was asking for, and the employee was getting visibly irritated. He let me know that they ran out and they had to move doughnuts to those places to make it look like they had more doughnuts than they really had. I then asked about custard or Bavarian cream doughnuts, which he told me they had some, so i ordered 3. After I left, i took a bite of one, about 90 minutes later as I live 3 hours from there, and it was one of the icing filled doughnuts which I specifically told them employee I do not like. All of them were icing filled and not cream filled. I did ask when the next fresh batch of doughnuts was to come out, since it was 2:30 pm and they were out of almost everything I wanted, and he said they would be out at 5pm, 2 and half hours AFTER they have sold out of many verities. This was my first Krispy Kreme experience and will probably be my last.

This location of Krispy Kreme is a delightful spot! The service was awesome, with a friendly staff that made the visit worthwhile. The large selection of treats ensures there’s something for everyone. A must-visit for donut lovers and those who appreciate great service! I’d drive past Baton Rouge location for the service offered at this location.

The guy at the window didn’t greet us or tell us thank you. He made us sit at the window until he took 3 orders behind us. The donuts tasted old. Asked for 3 glaze and got 2 with a chocolate covered cake donut, I think. That’s how stale it tasted. I didn’t spend pennies on only 6 donuts!!! Totally dissatisfied and I never thought I’d have this type of experience. I live 35 miles away and wanted to treat my granddaughters. Not a great experience. I threw mine in the garbage

Stopped at this Krispy Kreme the line was out in the street, I instantly knew the donuts were worth waiting for. Ordered a dozen original glazed donuts & tried the cinnamon rolls which they only have on Sunday’s. Had to wait on the original donuts & when I tell you the donuts were worth the wait. The donuts were hot, melted in my mouth. I didn’t like the cinnamon rolls at all. I would definitely recommend this Krispy Kreme. They are one of the best.

My only wish is that there was one in New Orleans. Donuts are always fresh and good. A little pricey for a donut but the taste makes up for it. I also love that they reward good grades with donuts!

Horrible experience, man didn’t have hair net on , donuts cold , rude because I wanted a refund because I asked for fresh donuts and these was cold and hard . Spoke with associate & was told the donuts come out at 5 am & 5pm .. I will never come back here again & would not recommend..

Just picked up 6 free glazed donuts. They sent me a code for my birthday. They were still hot and melted in my mouth.
Preferred local donut shops but they’re closed now. We get their glazed donuts because selection of assorted donuts is small. Kind of expensive but when you order through their app they usually have deals.
