Took over 30 minutes to get a mobile order because the drive thru was line was crazy (3 way lines hanging out of the parking lot entrances and they refused to let me pick it up inside) then the food was cold. Employees are not helpful and rude and make up “policies” to suit their needs. Better off to find another location or a different fast food company altogether.

I go here every so often but I don’t think I’ll be going inside next time because this is an extremely high-energy and high-stress McDonald’s even when it’s completely empty inside with no drive thru customers outside. As soon as you complete an order on the kiosk, a young hijabi will typically ask you what your order number is and immediately begin to loudly pressure the kitchen staff to get your food out. I don’t like this. I didn’t ask for this. I’m also pretty sure that the order shows up on the screen in the kitchen as soon as you pay for it, so she is functionally doing the same job that a computer screen was already doing better without stressing everyone in the restaurant out and guilt tripping the customer.

I wasn’t even going to write about her but the last time I was here she caused a bunch of confusion because I made two orders on the kiosk and selected to pay at the counter for one of them. As soon as I turned away from the kiosk, she asked for my order numbers, as usual, and I gave them to her, then she walked to the kitchen and told the staff before turning to me and saying “they’ll be right out!” Due to her saying this to me, I completely forgot to pay for the unpaid order. After I realized what happened, I could hear two women in the kitchen making fun of me in Spanish for having stood there waiting for an order that I hadn’t paid for yet. They called me “este loco esparando las papas sin pagar,” or “this crazy man expecting/waiting for fries without paying for them.” I don’t need any of this.

No other McDonald’s location has a worker asking for your order number at the kiosk and relaying it to the kitchen staff, so either this location has stumbled upon something that everyone has yet to figure out, or no other location is doing this because it’s a stupid idea.

They also only provide napkins (typically two or three) in one of the bags if you have multiple orders. When I’m ordering food for multiple people, I need more napkins than this.

No hate but I’m tired of getting straight up coffee with hazelnut syrup when I order a caramel latte. Other than this, amazing customer service(even if it takes a little long to get the food) I think is funny how different I get my lattes depending on the hour and who makes it. TBH compared to the McDonald’s in sunset rd this location makes the food fairly good :)tb they have changed the caramel syrup. Amazing employees and clean McDonald’s

I cannot emphasize how FANTASTIC the service is at this McDonald’s! The food has been great each time we’ve been here, but it’s the service that stands out. The best service I’ve had at a McDonald’s in over a decade.
Another huge perk is that it’s a location with a play place—a clean play place. The only reason I’m docking a star is the trash cans were overfilled in the bathrooms, which I’m sure is an “out of sight, out of mind” issue. Otherwise, everything was great!

Amazing staff, we were met by the janitor named Mr, ED (may have been diffrent name).Ive never met such a kind hearted person before. He talked to us for a while and told us many funny jokes, and honesty was just such a mood lifter. Truly a sweet heart.

The lady that brings the food to curbside in the mornings is rude she never speaks just hands the food and walk off,bad customer service this has happened the past three times I went and the same black lady brings the food out with the same attitude. If I could leave negative stars, I would. It is always something with this McDonald’s, we have barely lived by it for a year and for the last year it’s been consistent garbage but again it’s cheaper then most and easy, but tonight really did it for me. I get to McDonald’s at exactly 11:33 PM. I have two mobile orders placed, I get to the window there’s nobody in front of me. Everything is going smooth until we get to the front of the window. The gentleman nicely asked if we minded parking while they made our food, we did not mind we just simply asked that they please make sure our sauce is in the bag, that was on the receipts. He says OK. We go and we park, once we finally get our food, there’s no sauce in the bag. I was then forced to go wait in the drive-through until 11:54 PM when I finally got back up to the window, all of my food was cold and I had no sauce. The gentleman at the window, His name was John or so he says it’s just that we are lying and they play sauce in our back.This is the gentleman working in the gray apron on October 28 at 11:35 PM specifically. The gentleman then says he believes his manager, who says they put the sauce in the back, when we asked to speak to the manager is when he said oh I’m the manager. And we’re sitting there just trying to ask for our sauce, at this point it’s been 30 minutes since I placed my order, all of our food was cold, and at this point he’s not even offering the sauce we needed, after some arguing back-and-forth, and after us asking for the manager, he says he needs to clear his line and we need to leave. We then leave and we call the store when we ask for the manager somebody else comes on the line, a female, not John…. so who really is the manager ? Now not only do you have a staff that is lying but they are providing below par customer service. The “manager” John said that they have surveillance and it shows having the sauce in the bag. We offered our bags back, we offered them to come and check the entire car because we would not have sat in the drive-through having our food get cold if we had our sauces in the bag, we did not mind parking. We were excited to get fresh food. The problem was asking for sauce and not getting it and then being yelled at for it.
