*No coat hook in bathroom stall – manager says Against the Law – people have hanged themselves from them ???

*Fake bone in chicken wings – Not wings – cut up chicken wings pieces..!! Same as Buffalo Wild Wings etc..
Boneless wings are over breaded..small pieces..

All my kids food came out and they were done before me and my finance got our food. My steak came over cooked along with the mushy broccoli. They couldn’t even get the “no onions” on the burger right. The waitress took a bit to come over and see that the food was wrong and I never even saw a manager.

if you would like to go out to dinner with your significant other for a nice dinner do NOT come here! the hostess which I’m almost positive is new because she did not know the concept of customer service what so ever, she told us it would be a 5-10 minute wait and that she would message us when our table is ready. we waited an hour to just get a table. we get seated we order a appetizer we waited a whole hour for our appetizer. on top of that we got our drinks around the same time. we also never got silverware for our appetizer we literally had to eat it with our hands because our server was way to busy bitching about her job right behind us like we couldn’t hear her. if you don’t know the concept of serving or even doing your job don’t be a server simple as that. we waited. waited some more and more for our food. it finally comes but it’s weird because our server only dropped us off our appetizer not even our drinks or our food. we never got checked on until we were finished with our food our drinks never got refilled once. tbh if I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. the armosphere these people bring sucks!

If I could give a zero, I would wait it so long just for takeout and it’s barely nobody here customer service is terrible. I asked one of the bartenders if she can take up on my food if she have time and she said she doesn’t have time and seems to do whatever she was doing and asked for the manager that was here. The guy manager that was here. I’ll talk to him as well before I could even put my order in because it took them about 25 minutes to even be able to put my order in in

Andrea S is an amazing bartender/server. She always is pleasant, makes me laugh and makes you feel right at home. You can tell everyone goes to her for advice or what to do and she stays busy. All while providing amazing service. Food is good and comes in decent time. Definitely makes this one of my favorite Applebee’s. The banter between employees even allows for entertainment if you pay close enough attention.

KATIE WAS OUR SERVER TONIGHT AND DID ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING! i couldn’t have asked for a better server, she kindly greated my table with the most upright attitude and very quickly. She made sure our food was out quick and hot and was 100% accurate! i’m very pleased with the service we had from her tonight !

We ate here and Jacob was our waiter. He was super friendly, welcoming, and made us feel taken care of from start to finish! He checked in at the perfect times, kept everything running smoothly, and brought such a positive energy to the table. Service like his genuinely makes a difference.
