We just ordered from door dash. Doordash did an amazing job! 5 stars to the dasher. But we ordered a large soup which clearly says a 32ozw soup this is what was delivered. Mistakes happen i completely understand. But what is insane is when you call to say we got the wrong size we get told there is nothing we can do. Plus there was no management in at all today. I get mistakes happen but when they answer the phone and say thats too bad and I have to call doordash to fix the issue its poor customer service instead of taking ownership for a mistake clearly the restaurant made. This is my go-to place for celebrations, family & friends visiting, or really and chance I get to go there. My personal favorite place in Tucson. Portions are generous, unlimited chips & salsa (that you can buy by the pint to take home), a wide selection of entrees and is course staple desserts. Seating is almost always readily available and the longest I’ve ever waited is less than 10 minutes (and that have plenty of waiting area both inside and outside).

Our waiter/server A. R. R provided great customer service. Im very particular, the enchilada sauce was not the best for my taste buds, although it was good, (if that makes sense.) Everything was good. I really enjoyed the rice. What i liked is that they had hot dogs for the kids menu.

We had a team lunch at Double L. I haven’t been there in seven years and it didn’t disappoint. Our table was ready in a huge side room when they opened, even though our reservation was for 11:15am. The room was decorated with traditional Mexican decor with music in the background.
I ordered the combination #3 Red Chili con Carne. The meat was tender and the red sauce was perfect with not too much chili. The refried beans were fresh and traditional. The homemade tortilla was hot, fresh, and the perfect thickness.
Six other teammates at the table ordered chimis (shredded beef, red chili con carne, or carne asada) enchilada style. They were huge and long as the big plate, topped with lots of red sauce and cheese on the very top. Let’s just say there weren’t any leftovers.
The service was fantastic! The food arrived hot and fresh within 10 minutes of ordering. The wait staff was super friendly and kept our drinks full throughout the meal. We were in and out within 50 minutes.

Went here for lunch today and the service and food were amazing. Had a group of 13 people and they had the table setup in 5 minutes with water, chips & salsa. Refilled our drinks when needed. The staff was very polite and friendly. The food was amazing. I ordered the cheese enchiladas with rice and beans and it was really good. I highly recommend this place.
