I always have an amazing time whenever I come here. I always get seated within a reasonable amount of time and their staff are all super polite. I always get the rib-eye medium rare whenever I go because it is so good. Their bread is amazing, as well as their mozzarella sticks. All around I have never had a bad experience here. The last time I was there, they accidentally brought the wrong dish to my table, but they let us keep it instead of them throwing it away which was very nice.

I went to Carrabba’s Italian Grill for lunch with my aunt and overall had a good experience. The host was friendly and greeted us right away, which set a positive tone from the start. Our server, Maegan, was pleasant and did not rush us while ordering, which we appreciated. The food runner was also very polite and thoughtfully brought the cheese grater when delivering our meals.
The food was enjoyable, and everyone we interacted with was professional. The only downside was that my water was not refilled, and I did notice that Maegan seemed a bit more outgoing after we decided to order a $10 meal to go. That said, it didn’t significantly detract from the experience.
Overall, it was a good lunch with friendly staff and solid food, and I would return.

I’ve always been a fan of Carrabba’s—from their flavorful chicken parm to indulgent chocolate martinis and typically excellent service. Unfortunately, our visit this past Sunday didn’t live up to those expectations.

When my partner and I arrived, the three hosts at the front seemed noticeably disengaged, almost as if our presence was an inconvenience. Still, we were seated quickly since the restaurant wasn’t busy, aside from a large party that would later be cited as the reason for our delayed meal.

My partner ordered his usual lasagna, and I went with my standby, the chicken parmigiana. Our server was courteous but not particularly attentive. She did check in a few times, mostly to say, “Your food is coming up,” but the wait felt excessive.

When our meals finally arrived, the quality was disappointing. The lasagna portion was unusually small and looked dried out. My chicken parm was visibly burnt, one fillet had cheese that appeared scraped off and replaced, while the other was overdone and blackened. I tried salvaging the dish by trimming the burnt underside, but it was too dry and tasted scorched. The pasta with meat sauce, however, was quite good.

Our server noticed the untouched chicken and kindly offered to remake it, but by then we’d waited long enough and my partner had already finished his meal. She did remove the chicken parm from our bill, which I appreciated, though I had eaten the spaghetti portion.

I understand that delays and occasional kitchen mishaps happen. What bothered me wasn’t the wait or the need to remake a dish, it was the attempt to serve something clearly subpar as if it were acceptable. That’s what left a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively.

Everyone has off days, and I’m hopeful this was just one of them. I’ll return to Carrabba’s again, but this experience was a letdown from a place I usually enjoy.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My family and I dined here for the first time last night and we will definitely be back. We were greeted instantly and were offered our choice of booth or table. They were pretty packed so it was nice we were able to get a booth. Our waitress was Mahogany. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and she was very attentive. Our son has a seafood and peanut allergy which we mentioned to Mahogany. Right away , her manager came out and reassured us there is no cross contamination and we will be taken care of. We absolutely appreciated this gesture. Our son’s food came out immediately. Our food took a second, but the house salad was great and came quickly. My husband’s soup was great and came out quickly. I also wanted to mention, I love how all the waitresses seemed to help each other. Other waitresses made sure we had bread and our waters were full. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back to this location and highly recommend dining here as well.

The manager is evil. I tried going here and the host and servers were very friendly but my food was not good as there food here is basically frozen meals warmed up (my server admitted to it being that way “i’m sorry they are all frozen meals so it should be a quick fix”- our server. )The server and host were great but the manager was honestly a horrible person. Not only is the food over priced and frozen meals but when i asked for my meal made CORRECTLY she came over and tried gaslighting me as if she was there when i placed the order. Do not go here! Even when an order is wrong the manager would rather argue than fix the situation. I am allergic to certain things and keep an eye to what has what in it and I specifically asked for an item made a certain way and it came out wrong. The server had no issue fixing it and from what i saw on the check the server didn’t do the wrong item. It was clearly the cooks mistake which is not a big deal just fix the food that I wanted but no the manager came over and was immediately rude to the whole table i will never eat here again and i suggest you don’t either as the others in my party and the tables around us all hated their food. Maybe try to be nicer to people and stop using frozen food promoted as fresh. Canton locals do not go here

We just went here for my Husband’s birthday last week, and it was such an amazing experience. We went all out with appetizers and drinks and meals and deserts 6 of us and our Server kept up soo well and all of the food was impeccable, it was soo good. Cooked just right the pasta and the steaks. It’s nice to have a place we can consistently come to for our special occasions and we know Carrabas and the staff will provide an amazing experience with great customer service. Some places are hit or miss but not Carraba’s you can count on them every time. I wish I remembered our servers name because she really deserves a shout out. Thank you for a memorable Night out with Family.

My daughter gave my wife and I a gift card for Carabbas.
It was our first time and it was mind blowing good food.
Starting with the herbed oil and fresh bread..
My wife ordered the chicken trio I ordered the Alfredo basil pasta topped with filet and shrimp.
I could not believe the taste explosion,I immediately had to have my wife try it there was no way for me to explain the yummyness.
She was in turn preparing a taste of her entree for me to try as she was equally impressed.
The portions were enough for us to tap out before we could finish.
The manager introduced herself and offered us a dessert on the house as a first time customer.
Although we were stuffed to the gills we graciously accepted and ordered the Johnny something ice cream, even this dessert was over the top goodness.
Waiting a while on a napkin was the only thing stopping a perfect score.
I would highly recommend

I ordered spaghetti with meatballs delivered by Door Dash, with my family order. This is not my first bad experience. What happened: This was awful. This is NOT Italian dining and was an embarrassment for this establishment. The soup was also not edible. I ate there before with my niece 3 weeks ago and she had alfredo. She took almost the whole thing home because it was so bad. Tried to give it to her father who also refused to eat it. All this was thrown out and we won’t be back there. They use to be good years ago.

My carry out went well this evening. It was brought out to the car promptly and the young lady who brought it was very nice. Got it home and the food was still hot and the order had everything in it. I got the linguine positano it was delish. The flavor was good and the portion size was enough for my lunch the next day.

60 dollars worth of food. Apparently I spoke with the manager Kim and she told me that the bread and salad is why it cost so much. Lasagna was 20 dollars and I spent extra for meatballs and meat sauce in the 20 dollar spaghetti. I spent 10 dollars tipping a carry out order.
