Great environment, clean and enjoyable. Polite staff interactions and the food was great. My wife had the turkey and goat cheese on naan and she enjoyed. I tried the bacon cheeseburger which was great. Not enough room for desert but the deep fried cherry cheesecake looked amazing.

I’m a Turtle Jack’s regular but my first time at Milton.
The place was very dirty especially the floors. There was food and other stuff from God knows when under the table. It was very unappetizing. I didn’t want to make it awkward so I didn’t bring it up to the server. The toilets too looked as if it wasn’t cleaned. The seats were dilapidated and uncomfortable.
The food on the other hand was good as expected. Got the chicken fajita and hell-of-a-burger.
Service was a bit slow too.

Decent Diner , service was good , food was decent , the Calamari was very very chewy n rubbery , the burger was great , the sticky toffee pudding was smothered in sauce even tho we had requested not to ! Still decent fare

Loved the atmosphere at Turtle Jack’s—warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxed meal. The service was excellent: attentive, friendly, and on point throughout.
The food overall was great, especially the mains. Only hiccup? The smashed potatoes didn’t quite match what the menu promised. Tasty, yes—but not the texture or style I expected.
Still, the experience was enjoyable and I’d definitely go back. Just might swap the side next time!

The Greek salad was filled with romaine lettuce, had two thin slices of cucumber, a few paper thin rings of red onion, three olives, four small cubes of tomato, a sprinkle of finely crumbled feta, no bell peppers, no dressing. Not even close to a Greek salad. The calamari were dark brown and like elastics. Service was ok.

A group visited recently for lunch. The food was good. We didn’t have a single fare complaint. That is evidence of a good working kitchen. The service was very good and attentive for a group setting. The atmosphere was average for this type of roadhouse setting. Not surprised since it was early in the day and there was no crowds. Overall, I was surprised especially with the quality of the food served.

Had a group dinner for an event. The food was very tasty. There is a great variety on the menu, it was hard to choose, as everything sounded yummy. The pool side peach fizz cocktail was exceptionally good! I will definitely choose to eat here next time I’m in the area. Very happy with meals and service.

Our server was delightful and so confident in her role! I can not have gluten and immediately after ordering a Caesar side salad was informed the dressing was not gluten-free! I’ve not experienced a dressing with gluten-free before and was thankful she felt good about telling me. Her favourite dressing was delicious as was everything else! The manager was wonderful as well. Attentive to help when employees were busy and even took time for a chat!

Had an exceptional experience here. Servers were friendly, attentive, and food was cooked perfectly and all modifications (ex no onion straws or mushrooms, and rare steak) were completed which nowadays is rare. Food was so tasty. I loved my steak and the sticky toffee pudding was delicious! Would definitely return back!

I always enjoy going to this Turtle Jack’s location. I like the vibe here and the food is so very good. It looks great when it’s presented to you and it tastes even better. You just can’t go wrong with the menu! I’ve been here many times and will keep returning. They also have a pretty good loyalty card.
I returned to this location for a nice family dinner for my birthday and as always, the food was awesome! I went with the burger bowl and it was fantastic! Such a fun and tasty way to enjoy a burger. We also had a delicious sandwich and a very tasty and colourful power bowl. All that and ended with a free birthday dessert!
This Turtle Jack’s location is a go to for my family as it never disappoints!
Returned to this location again, and again did not disappoint. We had a great time and a great meal. Our server, Breanna was awesome! She made our whole experience there all the better. Our meals were delicious and the guac and chips to start were perfect! They will even bring you more chips if you run out of chips before the guac runs out!
