Best Asian Restaurant within a 30 mile radius (at least). This place has been a game changer ever since they opened here. Everything on the menu is top quality, the atmosphere is very cool and quiet. The service is top quality.

We went on a Monday evening to celebrate a birthday. Service and atmosphere were awesome. I ordered hibachi and it wasn’t my favorite, wish I would have ordered sushi seems to be their main attraction. Hibachi was greasy and I wish the veggies were cut a little smaller.

Bamboo provides consistently excellent high quality food, a good value for the price, and the staff and owner are extremely kind. They really seem to care about making their guests happy. The atmosphere is calming and beautifully decorated. Bring your whole family! You will be happy you did!!!!

Great variety of Asian food options, from Fried rice, noodles to sashimi and sushi. They have lots of non raw option in the rolls for those looking for something other than raw fish.
I had the American sushi plate which was tuna, yellow fin and salmon. She had the angry bird roll, which was unique in that is uses a soy bean wrapper in lieu of a sea weed. Both were excellent.
They have been open for about 8 weeks so they still have some front of house issues, but service was good and place was clean.
Word of advice, if you get cold in restaurants, do not sit on the perimeter wall of the restaurant, the vents seem to be mainly there and it’s COLD.

Very good food, our server was helpful however she was very obviously new, only real miss in service was the first 10 minutes we sat at our table no one really knew who was supposed to be our server.
After that our server was attentive and responded well to our needs.
We put our orders in and the food came out admittedly it took a little longer than I would have wanted but I expect some kinks that need to be worked out in a brand new restaurant. The food was the high quality I’ve come to expect from the Bamboo house in Swansboro.
This location is much closer to my house and I plan on returning often.

The layout of the restaurant sucks. The sushi is very very good little pricey overall I’ll give the food a 6 1/2 on a scale of 1 to 10 service is excellent. We had Amanda. She was great overall a decent place to eat, but not for the money.

I don’t understand the 5 star reviews. I have been here several times and it is always hit or miss. Some food is good while other food is barely edible.

I think it’s most important that everyone reading the reviews understands that they just opened less than a week ago. Naturally, there are going to be some kinks to work out. Folks have been waiting eagerly to try this location so yes, expect a long wait. We were told 45 mins but ended up waiting an hour. Service once attended to was great but yes, it did take 15 mins and us flagging down a nearby server to get our order in.
Two things that surprised me were reservations and to-go orders. Keep that in mind as I think maybe they did spread themselves thin doing all of it at once.
They will work through it and I am positive it will be just as phenomenal as the Swansboro location.
Food: Delicious. 4 speciality rolls, 1 basic roll, tempura appetizer and seaweed salad with 2 waters for less than $100. You can’t beat it. Food came out quickly after ordering and it was fresh. 5 stars for that. Definitely worth the wait.

Food is delicious, everything is clean including bathrooms. But the waiters Youki was RUDE, was a great day for me and she’s almost ruined. Ordered some guioza, missô soup, edamame and Chicken. I forgot the frye rice was okay the rest was delicious.
