Nancy was my waitress and she did a phenomenal job! Very attentive, gave recommendations, on top of refills and checking up on our table. Accommodating in every way you hope for when dining in somewhere. Highly recommend asking for her if you stop in! I had the quesadilla and chicken and waffles! The bacon was from my partner’s breakfast dish and they made the smiley face but nonetheless everything was made well and hot. Compliments all around to this location.

Well I want you to know that Nelson is an AMAZING server, he is sharp, has a wonderful memory, and a pleasant attitude.
Now where this specific IHOP is lacking is in the fragile little man who is working on the grill. Making well done hash browns is too hard and he doesn’t have the time management skills to make them because he’s too busy and feeling to overwhelmed with his job.
Maybe he should go work at box factory, all boxes are the same so, maybe that won’t be as overwhelming as spreading some shredded potatoes on a grill for 7 minutes instead of 5. Oh wait. He might get a paper cut. Man oh man, who knows what this fragile dude can do well at life.
I wonder if his diaper gets heavy when someone orders steak and eggs with well done steak!!
Poor thing. Anyway, as I said, Nelson rocks and has work ethic, but Ihop, toddlers shouldn’t be allowed to work on the grill. I posted a Pic of the raw hash browns, we ate the crispy part, the rest of the food was great, but fragile boy prefers to serve his potatoes raw

We had a blast! The atmosphere, food, and service were amazing! We had a party of 22 ladies this Saturday morning, and the waiter, Mr. Nelson, didn’t let us down. He was friendly, assertive, and got our orders right, even though we ladies were cackling the whole time!

Wow! My server Jay was outstanding. The restaurant is blessed to have him. I told him I was moving into a new apartment, I couldn’t figure out how to work the heat and needed a place to sit for a bit and have some hot coffee and breakfast. He said stay as long as you’d like. Compassionate, friendly, and excellent customer service. What impressed me the most? He’s a young gentleman and he has stellar work ethics, works hard and clearly is a hard worker. Thank you for making my morning easier. God Bless

The cooks did splendid, our food was very good! Loran was our waitress, and was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were all situated and satisfied. She came back multiple times to check on us and ask if we needed anything, made eye contact, recommended suggestions on what I would like from the menu, and was very fast and efficient. Overall a 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent service from Nelson every visit! We’ve been to this location a few times and Nelson always remembers our order (doesnt need to take notes)regardless of our party count or level of intricacies with our order. Hes been consistently attentive and polite. As a preveious restaurant manager, this server deserves high recognition for the low pressure yet thoughtful experience he provides. Food is great as well, all cooked perfectly, leaving full and very happy!
