They didn’t do the 50% more protein I paid for online. They also did WAY too much mayo. I selected regular mayo and they soaked the sandwich in mayo. Select light on sauce if you order online. This location sucks.

I wish the picture I post showed the complete disappointment I had at this sandwich. The bread and cheese tasted dried out and day old. The cheese was oily and cracking (not fresh). Picking up sandwiches to eat before work should not be this bad. The location is close to home so it’s definitely convenient but not worth the awful service (app said sandwiches were done almost 8 minutes before they were actually done). Purchased 5 footlongs around 57$. None were good.

I would not go back to this subway, the portions were subpar to say the least. They were very stingy on the meat and vegetables. Several customers were asking to put more vegetable the employees refused. The price go up and the food and service goes down. Very disappointed with subway restaurants.

Subway your service in Champlin is horrible. First 2 guys working take forever-slow service and had to repeat. Max, your horrible manager, refuses to help finish sandwiches so the kid working the register is overwhelmed w tha5 and taking out toasted one and adding fixing. Then we go to pay. Coupon from Subway for 2 footlongs for $13.99 valid through 8/8 – doesnt scan right. Kid asks manager for help and Max refuses. Asks why and says old wording so just don’t need to accept. Now neither sandwich is listed so should be valid. Refuses to enter price override or give reason. Then says pay full or be wasteful to us. Asked for district manager or owner and told couldn’t.

The last couple times I’ve gotten food here it’s been really good and fresh. This last time I was missing an item and the bread was very hard. I was disappointed I’ve always had such fresh bread.

Excellent and friendly service. This newer crew makes the best subs I’ve had at a subway, and they’ve always been so helpful when the computer didn’t print my order. Another review was rude about their English, but they speak English perfectly well, you need to just be listening when they speak to you, like anyone.
