Came in to eat here and that’s definitely not happening ever again. For 30+ dollars I was served uncooked onions, half made chicken and shrimp that looked like they just microwaved it. The survey doesn’t even work to tell them that there food sucks and chefs should be fired. If u want fast food styled food just go to canes right next door. Good Luck eating there. There food is hardly edible.

I had an absolutely amazing experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to Alysa Irving. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she truly cares about giving great service — she checked in at the perfect times, made awesome recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly without ever making us feel rushed.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and professionalism. Even when it got busy, Alysa stayed calm, upbeat, and on top of everything. Our drinks were always full, our food came out exactly right, and she made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable.
It’s rare to find service that makes you want to come back just because of the server — but Alysa Irving absolutely does that. If you’re lucky enough to have her, you’re in for a great time. 10/10 experience!

The food overall tasted really good and you could tell it was made well, especially the flavor and how everything was seasoned. I was honestly excited to eat it. The only issue was that when my plate came out, the food wasn’t hot like it should’ve been — it was kind of cold, which took away from the experience a little. Because of that, I had to send it back to be reheated. The staff handled it politely and fixed it, so I appreciated that. Once it came back warm, it tasted way better and I was able to actually enjoy the meal.

In most cases, Applebee’s is Applebee’s. You go because you know what you’re going to get… good food, good drinks, but nothing exceptional or gourmet! However, tonight we had a truly exceptional experience as far as the service went. Our server, Shelby, was so awesome! She was bubbly and warm (even though the temps were frigid!) and she recommended the perfect food and drink combos! I ended up getting the appetizer that had pretzels, wonton tacos, and pickle fries as an appetizer and we got the 2 for $25 meal deal too. I had a very stressful day and she recommended the patron classic Marg with a tajin rim and it was like a little vacation in a glass! Thanks Shelby, this was exactly was I needed tonight!

This was an amazing food experience! When Kassidy came to the table, she was kind, a smile on her face as she took my order. I wasnt sure what I should get, and she was helpful with showing me some items she loved to get at this establishment! I ended up getting the burger, as well as onion rings with ranch on the side. It was a really good combo, and I loved it! Also the drinks were made perfectly! Thank you Kassidy for the great service! Will be making my way back her when up in Michigan again! 10/10!

Had a great experience here. Paige was our server and she was awesome—super friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. She checked in at the right times and had a great attitude. Definitely appreciate good service like that. Would come back again.

Me and my friend came here and ordered the 2 for $25 meal and we got the asparagus dip and chips for the appetizer then the 2 entrees we got the chicken Alfredo fettuccine and also the burger with fries.
Starting off with the appetizer. Barely any chips ( the Applebees in Westland gives WAY more ) , and also the chips were all broken. Like they gave us the chips at the bottom of the bag. Horrible.
Next off the chicken Alfredo fettuccine. The pasta was extremely bland and so was the chicken. The skin was extremely weird.
Then my burger with fries. Please tell me why my Burger was burnt. The fries were ok, but that burger was absolutely awful. I didn’t want to waste my money so i tried to peel off the burnt cheese but it was stuck to my meat.
Then the service. Although we are teenagers why is my server treating me with attitude and thinking we’re going to dine and dash? She told us to meet her at the front to pay with card, so my friend went to the front and i was slightly behind her and our waiter said something that sounded like she was accusing my friend of trying to just walk out and not pay.
Overall horrible experience. Would’ve went to chilis but we didn’t want to wait 30 minutes to get seated. But after that service I would’ve rather waited 30 minutes at chilis then go back to that Applebees.

Went to eat here and got Kassidy as our server. She was super nice and very helpful with the menu . She came back and check on us and always made sure we had refills I give Kassidy a 10 out of 10 . She is amazing
