Ordered:
Half & Half Chicken – (original and honey garlic sauce). Crispy and juicy chicken. Lacks seasoning on both though. Should had more honey garlic sauce smothered over the chicken to enjoy/tasted the marinated/flavored chicken. Same goes with the original, more salt and black pepper I believe wouldn’t hurt before adding the batter.
Their French fries though; it’s been the best/crispest we’ve had for a while.
Also ordered pickled radish to compliment the chicken.
We got our orders 10-15 mins so ain’t bad since three tables were waiting for their orders too.
Great customer service. Clean and organized dining set-up.
Only thing that was good was the snow powder fries. And fountain drink.
Also they charged us 2 dollars for ranch.
Seems like a great place to have a few beers and watch the game too.
Made to order so call ahead for pickup if you’re in a hurry.
You only get 1 napkin, seemed very rationed.
The onion rings came out first, no sauce or any dip. The chicken came 10 minutes later and the first time to ask for ranch. The chicken was extremely hot, like burning my fingers minutes later. The chicken was supposed to be spicy, I did not experience any spice at all, just fried chicken. And the chicken was very small, not enough food for a big guy and a 16yo. A half chicken is not plenty for 2 hungry guys!
Overall the service was poor considering it was so quiet.
The onion rings were just pre-made frozen type and for $9 absolutely not worth it. Some thin and burnt some thick and could use more time.
The chicken was quite small and no seasonings, no spice at all. Very little meat on 4 of the 7 pieces. It was moist, just nothing special nor what I ordered. They also don’t give you a tray for bones.
Not sure why they don’t offer chicken and a side or 2 as a combo type meal.
The quality did not impress me, I had hoped I found a new fried chicken spot.
We also ordered the corn cheese which was not great at all! The cheese was hard when she served it.
The server with the heavy eye liner was not attentive at all! We literally had to ask for plates and utensils, we kept having to ask her for items which should have been given to us in the beginning.
Lastly, it was way too hot in the restaurant.
Overall, I’ve had better Korean chicken.
I had spicy fried chicken, chicken sandwhich, and fries. Fries were perfection. Crispy on the outside and gooey mash inside. Chicken was good, too. They use rice flour to bread the chicken, which keeps it light and crispy.
Wait times can be long (20 minutes), but that is because the food is prepared fresh. My chicken sandwich came with the wrong sauce (not angry sauce). This appears to be a recurring problem per other reviews. The young lady at the counter realized this and brought a side out after I was about halfway through. Generally, it was a pleasant experience.
