I love this location best papa johns I ever had was from this location I don’t know what they did that day but the crust was so fluffy and crispy. It was thin crust but it didn’t taste like cracker it was just tab bit thicker then a thin crust. It was so good I was so amazed! I was visiting my family now I’m back in NYC and have yet to have papa John’s taste anywhere remotely as good as that!

Absolutely the worst service I have experienced anywhere in a very long time. Phones will not be answer by any employee’s at any point. Order never got Updated even once delivered 2 hours later. I had to call corporate to try and cancel the order which turned into 2 hours of phone calls where I finally got ahold of someone from a corporate call center. As I was canceling the order, our two pizzas showed up.. cold.. like it sat for…. you guessed it. A few hours.

9.14.2024-8:45 pm I picked up my pizza & 1/3 of it is messed up. Picture added below. But at this point I’m in bed & too lazy to return it. I also ordered a 2L root beer. When I arrived, they had none in the fridge. The sweet lady who helped me went to the back to get me one. It was not cold & she gave me the option of a different cold soda, which I took. I didn’t reduce them to a 1-star because of her. But they were reduced to a 2-star. Sigh….
8.20.2024-This is 99% about the delivery driver. When I received my pizza, it wasn’t cut. No biggie, but then I realized the driver didn’t leave my drink. I immediately called and spoke with Devonne (I apologize if it’s miss spelled) who was very courteous and understanding. He told me he would send the driver back. I live five minutes away and it took him almost 30 minutes to get it to me. (I called a second time & Devonne said it was just him and the driver today and they were busy, understandable) By the time I received it, the drink was not as cold & it appeared it had been shaken. I buy drinks from this location all of the time and have never had a drink that needed 2-3 minutes to open because of the amount of fizz that bubbled up. I’ve included a picture. Today is horribly hot and I could just be easily annoyed but my adult son who initially met the driver at the door, said he was very nice and the driver told him he “gave us” a bunch of extras for our pizza. I looked at my son and told him, “I ordered the extras and paid for them.” My son busted out a good laugh! A picture of the receipt included. I have been a part-time Dasher for over 5 years, so I know a delivery drivers do’s and don’ts. You already received your tip. No need to lie about something so small in hopes of getting an extra tip.
Devonne apologized for the pizza not being pre-cut, thank you.
The NY style pizza was good. I still prefer the thin crust over the others, but that is a personal preference and not a quality issue.
I will go back to picking up my orders and save me the extra $9 I spent on the delivery fee + tip. It was just too hot to go anywhere today…

Not impressed with my delivery tonight. Took 1 hour, 10 minutes to deliver after ordered and given a 35-45 minute wait time. Also noticed it was delivered DoorDash and not by Papa Johns employee. Pizza was not HOT and only lukewarm. Checked temperature and it was at 118. Will not order from this location for delivery but I might give them another shot for pick up only to see if they can redeem themselves.

I only gave 1 star because I had to! Devon, or however you spell it is the manager. Whoever gave him that job failed epically. He’s rude, talks over you and wouldn’t compensate me when my pizza wasn’t delivered even though they sent me a text message saying it had been delivered. Don’t worry Devon…I already called corporate and made a complaint and I have the phone call recorded to prove it. Sorry you’re so miserable at your job.
