Service is always slow at this location. They also take a long time to get orders ready. When I asked for buffalo sauce, they told me I couldn’t get it unless I ordered nuggets, which doesn’t make sense because other McDonald’s don’t do that. Staff also seems annoyed when you ask questions. Definitely my least favorite McDonald’s. The only reason I go to this McDonald’s is because I’m in a rush and it’s closest to me, but this location seriously needs better management and customer service. I love going to McDonald’s over there by Boca Chica, by Pollo Loco. That one is the best McDonald’s. Fast service, good customer service, never telling you that you need to pay 25 cents for sauce. They’re the best McDonald’s in Brownsville, Texas.

I went in to the location because curbside wasn’t working I received my order I had honey mustard instead of the sweet sour and honey and buffalo that I asked for so I asked the gentlemen for sweet and sour sauce he proceeded to let me know that it didn’t say sweet and sour it only says honey and buffalo and i responded well it doesn’t say honey mustard either and walked out I checked my bags and I was missing a 40 piece (I ordered 80 pieces (2)40 pieces) and I was also missing a basket of fries ( I orders (2) 2 dbl cheese burgers and basket of fries combo ) so I went into ask for misssng items …my husband was already frustrated at the tone and attitude that the employee had during the conversation about sauces so when I asked for items the same employee had an attitude still and my husband got upset and asked for employees name the employee said he didnt have to give his name mind u we weren’t being quiet and i am sure the manager in the back (Adriana) heard what was going on and the employee went to tell she didn’t come and apologize for the mistake or anything customer service was horrible and food for having to wait wasn’t fresh and seemed thrown together!

I’ve been to this a McDonald’s a couple of times and it’s pretty good! The curbside kind of takes a while, and they often forget stuff but it’s alright. The food always tastes super good, and I love the ice cream from this specific location, the machine is NEVER out! I love McDonald’s, and I really like the quality and service at this one. Also, the new s’mores McFlurry was really yummy. You can never go wrong with McDonald’s.

Place an order inside at this McDonald’s order the big Mac with extra sauce. The cashier made it seem like it was very strange and what I was asking for was weird. The customer service was not good. Did not appreciate his tone either.

I routinely come to this location, they are prompt, and very kind. The service is great the food is great. I usually order on the app for curbside and they always have it ready as I arrive. I recommend this location for anyone looking to get a quick bite or even just some good food.

Definitely not my first choice to eat but my baby girl wanted a Happy Meal so we stopped by to dine in.
We were attended quickly and the cashier was nice. I wanted to try something different and the Bacon Smokehouse meal caught my eye. Not knowing what it had, I asked the cashier. She proceeded to tell me everyhting they put into it. Was great that she was knowledgable of the ingredients.
After placing our order, we proceeded to sit down where the tables were clean. Dining area was very clean, with staff keeping tables clean.There were no napkins in the dispensers but I think they were being refilled as they were open.
Our order came out within 7mins from the reciept time. Both of our meals were hot and the melting cheese on my burger actually burned my lip. Not negative review on that…Im glad it did! Loved the fact it was burger was juicy and hot!
Overall, great dining experience. Included some pics of my burger. Had a great taste and glad I tried it out. So this store gets 5 stars!

one of the slowest mcdonalds I’ve ever been too. this place is constantly giving less fries per order. I order a large and they barely pour enough for a medium, plus they can never seem to give you ketchup or BBQ sauce even when you ask for it. it’s as if it’s coming out of their paychecks. don’t expect alot of napkins either as they only give me 2 every time I order and I usually order 5 meals for my family. and that’s not including that they seem to always mess up my order half the time.
Update why I hate this McDonald’s. I have 4 kids so we always order 5 meals, so I understand it takes a little while, but 20 min later and I see over 10 people get there food before me. I Even seen a guy who ordered 10 min after I did get his food before me just because he ordered 1 meal and i guess its faster to serve all those customers who just order small portions than a customer with 5 meals . And this isn’t the first time, This just seems to happen so frequently at this McDonald’s. I regret coming everytime I do.
