Our server was great, however the boneless wings we got as our appetizer for the 2 for 25 were COMPLETELY raw!! I ate one and I’m pregnant The manager Mike could care less and all he offered was for us to fill out an “incident” report. He never offered a discount, nor did he even apologize!! What he did offer, however was for the chicken to be remade… lol why would anyone want to reorder their raw chicken?! I will never go back to this location

Food was great! Atmosphere was great! Drink prices were great! Service was great! Kerry was an excellent bartender! Definitely recommend this place for great (well priced)drinks , good food and service. There are also a lot of healthy options on the menu in addition to their yummy appetizers and entrees.

We had a wonderful time I came here for my mother’s birthday and the whole family, multi-generational family had a good time from the 80 plus year old to the 2 year old and everybody in between. We had great service and an amazing waitress. All you can eat! The all you can eat ribs, chicken finger and shrimp for 15.99 was truly all you can eat and we sat there for hours and are. The portions were great the food was hot and fresh and delicious. I recommend that if you drink get top shelf drinks. 10 out of 10 I would recommend. My husband and I will be going back for the 15.99 all you can eat special!

Absolutely loved this place. Showed up 15 min before closing. Asked if it was ok since they were closing soon and was welcomed in and told Absolutely I could still order. I am in the food business so I know this was an inconvenience for them but they didn’t care. I didn’t want fast food and so happy I found these amazing people that were working. Even the manager was super friendly and kind. Of corse we ordered something simple and easy to make and I went ahead and paid so the bartender could close her register and the manager couldndonhis closing work. And my friend and I still received the best service and freshest food I’ve had in a long time. 10 stars across the board to the staff here.

Been waiting for the all you can eat to come back and it was the most disappointing thing. Right at the end we finally had a riblet that tasted like I’ve always used to get there. The chicken tenders and shrimp in the deal was embarrassing to be honest. A freezer burned obscenity. The last 2 times I entered there the hostess was horribly uninviting sadly my days of Applebee’s anything might be long gone no faith left in this franchise

Myself and one of my best friends visited the restaurant while on vacation. We decided to do the 2 for $25 deal so she got one of the pasta dishes with the buffalo chicken on top and I ordered a steak, cooked rare (how I always order) with 2 sides. When they brought our food, I cut into my steak to see if it was cooked how I ordered. It had ZERO pink or red or any of that but you could tell them inside was not fully cooked still which is how rare is suppose to be.. but it was black… so I picked it up with my fork and smelled it and instantly almost threw up! It was ROTTEN meat!! We told our waitress, who by the way was really nice and she asked if I wanted anything else and apologized deeply for the steak. I told her it was not her fault just bring me a chicken sandwich in place of it. She went and showed the manager who was sitting at the bar the entire time we were there.. he walks over and asked about my food and immediately you could sense that he did NOT even want to be bothered by the situation. Once I explained everything, to which he already knew, he asked “well how did you order your steak?” Like dude, at this point, it does NOT matter how I ordered it, it matters that I was served Rotten meat!!! He apologized as he rolled his eyes and the apology was one of those I have to’s and not sincere at ALL!! Like why you become manager if this is how you treat customers. So then I was brought my chicken sandwich by a completely different waitress to which had been at the bar laughing it out with the manager.. then we went to pay… it was the 2 for $25 which comes with an appetizer, entreé, and drink. So they charges us $3.50 each for sweet teas, $32.50 for the 2 for $25, and then the cost of my chicken sandwich. When asked about it they only took $12.00 off the order. Needless to say, we will NEVER visit this Applebee’s again. We are already guest’s in your town and guest’s in your establishment and this is how we were treated?!

Richard at the Military and Okeechobee location always gives such an amazing customer service experience every time I come into the building and that’s why I keep coming back. Whether I’m with my husband and kids or I’m with my sister and one of my children, I always have the best time anytime that he is our server. Every time I’m here he’s always my server and I am the most appreciative. The new grilled cheese burger was absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to come back and embark on new food adventures when I come back the next time!
