After an exhausting 8-hour drive, stopping at this Chick-fil-A was exactly what our family needed. The food was great as always, but what truly stood out was the incredible kindness shown to my 3-year-old son.
Marquita and Kasey went above and beyond to engage with him, talk to him, and make him feel special. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care completely turned our long, tiring day around. Seeing my son smile and feel welcomed meant everything to us as parents.
This is customer service at its absolute best—kind, thoughtful, and heartfelt. Huge thank you to Marquita and Kasey for making our stop such a positive and memorable experience. We will definitely remember this location and the amazing people who work there!

The blonde needs to know how to count that works outside and not depend on a computer. If you are given 20.20 on an order of 16.15, my total is not 3.85 back, but she got mad at ME cause she could not count. But I reported that one, what they REALLY need to know, is that someone’s car was getting towed, for wherever reason, and she thought that was hilarious to see the misery of others. She was more worried about who’s car it was, so she could laugh. Funny huh. One day, you will be on your own and need to learn that we all have problems from time to time, but way more worried about misery of others than doing her job. Really upstanding staff you got outside representing you there.

Chick-fil-A does everything so well it’s pretty much in a league of its own in the fast food category. The food is tasty and high-quality, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is generally calm. It’s a great place to stop to get an enjoyable and inexpensive meal.

I would not recommend this location based on the fact that they are waiting at the doors to lock them before 9pm arrived. We had purchased our food and ate in our car as this location was filled with a youth group. Due to that, we felt it was easier to eat in our car. I’m sure this is an off day, but it seemingly continued to go downhill for us.
As we walked up at 8:59pm an employee standing at the door with his food ready to go looked at us and just shook his head – all while the doors had already been locked. We were coming in to use the restroom quickly as one parent stayed with our children in our car. Additionally, if you are at least in line at the drive-thru they’ll take your money if they haven’t already, because there were at least five cars still waiting to get their order taken. I would not say that this location is family friendly. I thought the food was great, but overall I would not recommend this location based on the service that was received.
Hope you all have a different experience, but a little kindness can go a long way. I did not feel that this location was a representative of the business motto or a reflection of many other locations care for others.

I enjoyed eating here. This service was excellent.
They asked if I wanted refills multiple times and helped me with needs. Considering I have not been to one of these in probably twelve years. When I did go, I did not eat. So this was the first time I’ve ever had it. Shockingly.
But yes, if I had any questions or was confused about something, they were there.. right away ready to help me. I appreciate the kind service very much. This is how fast food should be. They should be wanting to make it about us customers, help us out and make us feel welcomed. (And other)
This place was tip-top shape! Cleaned.
It was extremely crowded, but still had a really fun feel to the environment. I enjoyed the atmosphere. There were children everywhere enjoying their time with their families.
It honestly made me feel nostalgic.
It made me feel like I was at the cafeteria at school which is a good feeling.
It makes me feel like you can just have fun endlessly. Except this was ten times better.
They had so many sauce choices! They had an area where you can get extra items yourself. The iced coffee was nice and strong. I loved it. Will be getting another one of those in the future! They’re waffle fries were super crispy. My nuggets were a little soggy, but! Still where good with some sauce.
Lots of parking.
Kid friendly.
Lots of places to sit.
Kind service.

Also. We needed a 1st aid kit, and they immediately got it for us. *We did not hurt ourselves there, but my husband hurt his hand fixing a vehicle before we got there and I wanted to aid his hand. I did so. Thank you for the aid kit.

You set a lead example of proper fast food service. Way to go. Keep the excellent!

Went through the drive through and was given cups in a carrier. I took the cups out of my carrier and put them in my cup holder. Went to hand him back the carrier and he held up his hands to say they can’t take the back once a customer touches it… fair; if that’s the case put a trash can in your drive through like every other establishment or accept the trash that was in my possession for less than 10 secs.
Stars are a reflection of the response I got and the lack of a trash can… especially if you are going to have a policy like he mentioned.

I ordered a chicken scramble bowl combo with a coffee. The entree was good, especially with some honey. The hash browns were fine. The cashier was profesional and brought me my coffee after I received my food. I’d consider coming here again.
