I recently moved to TX from CT and upon looking for lunch favorites I stumbled upon Piada in Richardson; and happily lived it ! My go-to favorite is The Carbonera Rigatoni w/ Hot chicken ! After my first visit it became a regular thing. The customer service is beyond my expectations! I’ve had great pleasantries with Roberto, Ms Sandra and Chef Alex and Johny ! The food is great but I really come for the interactions with the staff as well ! Very welcoming environment ! Great view for outside seating at well! Loved the southern hospitality I’ve seen with Piada a the staff ! Thank you

I love Piada and wish Austin had one. I always search it out. Once again, I got my BLT wrap with hot chicken in it. It is so good but this time it was more spicy than I remember. I also tried the Parmesan sticks which was fine but probably wouldn’t need to get it again. Friendly staff at this Richardson location.

I’m sorry I just wasn’t that impressed even though everyone on TikTok has been raving about this place. It wasn’t inedible, but it lacked seasoning & for the price could’ve been so much better. Also, I had signed up for texts during the week only to learn from a line worker after the cashier attempted to add the coupon code that you can only use them online

I honestly think people hype up the craziest things. I could have made Alfredo noodles at home. The food wasn’t bad but I don’t think it’s worth the hype. It’s literally just a pasta bowl. It didn’t really have that much flavor to me. I’ll probably go back to try that pizza roll but that’s it.

This was our first time at Piada and it did not disappoint! Huge shoutout to Argenis and Roberto — they made us feel super welcome from the jump and helped guide us through the menu like pros. I went with the Basil Pesto Pasta, and my girl had the Carbonara — both were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. We also tried the Parmigiano Piada Stick and washed it all down with the Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade. So refreshing. The whole experience was smooth, friendly, and delicious. Definitely coming back soon! Thanks again to Argenis and Roberto for making our first visit such a great one.

I have always loved coming here for the amazing food and great service. However tonight they went above and beyond. They accidentally forgot the avocado on my wrap and when I went to the counter I expected them to just give me a side of avocado to add on but instead they had me keep my original wrap AND made me a brand new one which was delicious. I really appreciate the service we were given tonight and will be coming again.

Had a great experience at Piada today! Cheff Jona and Sandra Blanca was incredibly efficient and kept the line moving without making me feel rushed. They handled my customizations perfectly and had a great attitude. Fast, fresh, and friendly servic. I’ll definitely be back!

The first spot I went to on Heritage Trace wasn’t great, but I tried this one and the food was good, hot, and fresh. They gave me extra sauce when I asked for it. This company totally redeemed themselves.
