(We sat at the table for 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged)
We had Angel as our server, and she didn’t check on us at all. We literally had to go and find her every time we needed something. The food was good but the service was not. We (my husband and I) ordered the $9.99 yum deal, and it was good. However we ordered a cookie and it was raw to the point where we could not get it off of the plate. We mentioned it to Angel, and she got an attitude. I am disappointed in our visit

Tried their smoked burger and absolutely loved it — juicy, flavour-packed, and had that perfect smoky kick without being overwhelming. Bun was soft, toppings fresh, and the bottomless fries? Always a win. The place has a casual, relaxed vibe and the staff was friendly without hovering too much. All in all, a solid spot for a satisfying, no-fuss burger outing.

Food was delicious and our server Chel was great. She was very attentive, kind, and had a great attitude not only with our table, but with all her tables. The restaurant was really busy when we got there and they seemed to be short staffed, but we still only waited about 10-15 minutes to be seated. Thank you Chel, we had a great experience!

Our food was great! I was most impressed on how the burgers we’re still hot even after a few minutes on the table, which meant that the food was fresh, which I like. Our waitress was kind with a huge smile on her face and we appreciated that.

We visited on a friday night. We were a party of 3. Didnt have to wait no more than 10 minutes to get a table. Our server Rachelle was very pleasant. She walked up with a smile every time she came to check on us. We ordered simple food like chicken wraps and chicken tender, bit it was good. Will come back when im in town again.

This spot is good, but there are better spots. Service here is sluggish, but everyone here is friendly. Southern flavor of friendly. Management themselves seems to take stock in service. That does not mean speed.
As of me writing, I have been waiting for 10+ minutes on my fries. Another spot I went to had those fries out within five minutes, fresh.
Never before have I been outright heartbroken with service at a restaurant, but this spot did it. Usually I’m either satisfied or mad.
Honestly? Red Robin should maybe take notes from Five Guys, since they take fresh and relatively speedy fries seriously.

Please beware! We sat for 12 minutes before someone came to take our order. The appetizer came out 10 minutes later and we still hadn’t received our drinks (sprite and tea). The onion rings were soaked in grease and tasted awful. The kids corn dog nuggets were burnt. No wonder this place is empty.

Avy was my server. She was very attentive without being pushy. Super awesome personality. I ordered the bonsai burger and to be honest it came out looking even better than pictures of a burger. The presentation on the burger was phenomenal. John was the cook and he did one heck of a job.
