I was treated horribly by this red headed girl. She gave me attitude and was very impatient. Apparently I was taking too long to figure out what I needed. Then, she proceeds to go to the back and talk about me. There is so much drama at this location. A Bunch of little prissy cheerleaders.

We came in to order some sandwiches. The two staff members who came out from the back were not kind of friendly. My husband and I both said hello and asked how they were to which they didn’t reply. I had a coupon in my hand and the girl said they don’t take coupons. We chose to leave due to their prices being so high and what we needed would have been without a coupon.

We were just passing through on Sat Jan 4 about 6pm. I hate that I didn’t catch their names because there were 2 of the most pleasant young women working. They were kind, friendly, efficient and helpful. Who ever owns this subway location needs to give those ladies a raise! I’ll stop back by next time I’m passing through just for them

Not sure how this is allowed by the franchise, but this subway is about $6 more per sub than any other subway. When you check on the subway app, you can see the difference. They have a footlong sub on the menu for $19 dollars!!!!! No, not a party sub. No, not with chips and a drink. No, not after tax.
Do yourself a favor and spend $19 at the grocery store and have 15 sandwiches, a large bag of chips and a 2 liter of soda.

I had went to subway to get the 3 for $25 and Bre was the one who was making our sandwiches. She didn’t seem very welcoming at first at all and then it only got worse. She made an odd face when I said I didn’t want cheese on my sandwich like okay? And then when I told her I wanted all 3 sandwiches toasted she continued to have an attitude by moving around fast and throwing her arms around and she said okayyy in the most sarcastic attitude way. The sandwich was so simple and they were all three the same so it wasn’t a hard task. All I ask is for respect nice customer service and to feel welcome. Bre needs to work on that. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because Alexis our cashier was excellent and showed amazing customer service. Thank you!

Ordered 2 foot long Meatball Subs. One on white bread, one on Italian. Both ended up being on whit bread. Asked for extra parmesan, got none. Asked for 2 20oz Cokes. Got 30 oz fountain drinks. The group was extremely rude, yelled at me when I questioned my order. Told me it was my fault, that this is what you ordered. Asked for the owner’s name. Have yet to receive it. I’ll go to the Mt. Ida store in the future. Awful service, order completely wrong and deceitful employees.

Food was typical Subway, I think the girl really messed up with the register, we got 2 twelve inch sandwiches, one chip one drink returned the drink due to no Dr pepper, I had to wait for 4 others to get there food an pay before I finally spoke up an said it’s only 3 dollars I don’t want to stand there 20 minutes to get it back. The shift leader realized what had happened an took care of it. The other girl didn’t know how to refund it to Venmo, an didn’t explain to the girl 4 feet from her on the sandwich line why I was standing there staring at them . After at least 6 minutes maybe longer,
