This has been my go-to Dunkins for over a year now. They make each order exactly how it’s ordered and always give me an extra, “Hi, how are you,” or, “How is your day?” We even laugh sometimes or tell each other we’re beautiful. I would name a lot of specific people in this review that work there, but sadly, I do not know any of their names but one. So my one shout-out is to Katelyn!!❤️❤️❤️ she is so sweet, and I always look forward to seeing her whenever I come by! To all the other Dunkins… TAKE NOTES!

I go to this Dunkin most days throughout the week on my way to work and I have to say it is probably the best Dunkin in the area. My coffee is always consistent, the employees are always friendly and you can see they keep the space clean. I will even go out of my way on my days off to go to this dunkin over ones closer to me. Shout out to the staff here!!!! 🙂

Sitting in line for 10 mins for my $30 order… ordered 2 dozen donuts, a coffee and breakfast sandwich. asked for NO PLAIN DONUTS. What do I get ??? PLAIN DONUTS. even gave me the same donut twice in both boxes. Done giving Dunkin’ Donuts chances. Clearly they don’t understand English ! Lazy!!

The employee running drive thru the morning of 5/10 was an absolute sweet heart. She totally made my day singing “b-a-n-a-n-a-s” when I pulled up to place my order and was on a call and she overheard me say “isn’t that bananas!?” I know, so rude of me to be on my phone at a drive thru, and instead of being upset with me she totally spun it to be positive and we had a great laugh about it all. Coffee was made on point too <3 thanks!!

I ordered a chai without the expresso and I paid almost 5 dollars for a medium cup of skim milk and vanilla bean swirl. The workers here don’t listen to customers and just give them whatever they want. This place used to be the only one I go to to get my coffee but it’s just when Liz the manager is not there, the team members do what they want. Thank you for making me choose another dunks and thanks for ripping me off. This is the worst store in the franchise. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKS BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER, YOU WILL GET WHAT THE EMPLOYEE CHOOSES TO GIVE YOU.
