Grabbed a breakfast burrito with chorizo and it was super fresh, hot, and really tasty. The price was totally fair too. They threw in three sauces for the to-go order, which was awesome. The green chili one was my favorite—spicy and full of flavor. Definitely hit the spot!

I drove past this place for almost 4 years. Tonight I decided to swing by because everywhere else was closed. They are open till midnight. The Birra is Perfect. This place is way underrated. The quality of the food was far above what I expected. The portions were huge. Get the Birra dunk it in the sauce! This may have been the best food I’ve had this decade so far. Thank you so much to the owners and the people who work here for being able to produce such amazing food. I really appreciate that a lot!

I tried their birria for the first time, and now I never want to leave, honestly life changing! Perfect mix of crisp and flavor.. Dunk it in their red hot sauce and it’s just that much better. 5 stars is an insult, 10 stars for sure ❤️

We came to Colorado Springs for vacation and we were craving mexican food so we decided to give this place a try. And let me tell you the food was amazing!! The food portions were good. Amazing food the staff is great I always went to the #1 before and the Quesabirria tacos are some of the best iv had they add a decent amount of beef the tacos are perfectly crispy and they dont skimp on the ingredients plus a nice cup of consume, I refer all my friends and family here! I can highly recommend checking it out you won’t be disappointed.

So so so good!! Went around 2pm so nobody else was dining. The workers were nice and really fast. Music was loud when I went in but they lowered it (I didn’t ask them to!). Got birria tacos con queso and a jarritos. The consome was delicious. Wish I lived in the springs so I could come eat here all the time!

Ordered a enchilada. But it was a beef burrito and it tasted like ..not sure what it was. It sure didnt taste like any beef ive ever had. I do not recommend this place at all unless your wanting not meat. Very disappointing a waist of 25.00.
