Worst service I’ve ever had. During a slower time of the day and with a great deal of front and back of house workers, a child’s pasta meal came out 45 minutes after the other orders.
Staff was completely unintentive and never checked in. I had to leave the table at 30 and 45 minutes after the pizza came to inquire about where was the pasta. When I went to cancel the pasta at 45 minutes post all other food, server instantly pulled pasta from a different ticket and plopped it down. Nothing was even taken off the order or even a half-hearted apology for ruining the meal.

Only sat at outdoor bar. Fun atmosphere, great retro disco tunes. Drinks are fun, souvenir glass, expensive but its a tourist trap. Worth the fresh air, people watching and a boozy tropical drink.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We received one of our appetizers about 30 minutes after ordering. 20 minutes later our other appetizer hadn’t come out we asked the server to please cancel it and we would just wait for our main course since we had been waiting over 45 minutes for this appetizer to come out. The waitress refused to cancel it and said she was bringing it. We told her a second time that we didn’t want it anymore since we had hoped to eat it before our main dish. She still brought it out a few minutes later. She decided that she was going to force us to keep it instead of simply apologizing and taking it off bill. Had she done that it would’ve been the end of it for us. When my husband said for a third time that we didn’t want it anymore longer She got very nasty and put her hand up to my husbands face, dismissing him, as if she was done with the conversation. We promptly got up, went to the register and told them we would pay for my appetizer and the bottle of sparkling water we had purchased but we did not want to spend one more moment or one more dollar there. Not one manager came over to apologize or talk to us. They just charged us and sent us on our way. Terrible service and even worse server. Avoid this place at all costs.

Really enjoyed dinner here! Started off with an amazing bruschetta. I can’t say enough about how good this was.
I ordered the marinated chicken breast. It was good! Flavoured…roasted potatoes were delicious. Partner ordered the chicken parm. Also very good. Fresh mozza…you could tell it was homemade.
I saw some negative reviews here on the service. It’s true. The staff treat you as “set it and forget it”…But that’s the service I value. I’ll call you if there’s an issue or if I need your attention. I don’t need you checking in every five minutes.
Everyone was very friendly.

Food is average at best . The chicken parmesan was pounded paper thin . The spaghetti was average flavor but I had better sauce from the grocery store. Sitting on the deck and the staff help to make that happen is the reason for the second star. The kitchen made a mistake and my food was 30 minutes after the rest of my party got theirs . My waiter was good enough. But the manager did not offer a discount just to have our waiter say we did not have to leave a tip. To the owner of this place a little more courtesy from the manager would have helped. The bill for 5 was 200 .
